We stayed here for a football tournament and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, clean, and conveniently located near plenty of places to eat. The only thing missing was breakfast. I’d stay here again!

Our stay at the My Place Hotel in Huntersville, NC was our first experience with this brand. While the low room rate was attractive, the amenities (or lack thereof) left us somewhat disappointed and left the overall value questionable. The room was clean upon arrival and furnishings were adequate, though of lesser quality. The queen-size bed was “OK,” but the only blanket was a heavy quilt which left us too warm when pulled up or too cold when down. Lighting was good; the bathtub with shower was very nice. The in-room AC unit cooled adequately but was noisy. The in-room kitchenette, with no dishes or cooking utensils, is of little value. A buffet breakfast is not included in the room rate, nor is it available at an additional cost. Food options at the Grab & Go My Shop were extremely limited. One final comment: we observed housekeepers making rounds in the hallway, but no one cleaned or checked on our room during our 3-day stay. My Place Hotel may represent a value to some travelers, but for my money, I would choose to pay $30 or $40 more and stay elsewhere.

The room was very clean, staff was nice and friendly, and the outdoor barbecue area was perfect!

Our stay was outstanding!!!. Comfortable, beds were great!!!! Sinju front desk (not sure of spelling) was a superstar. From the time we checked in until we left, she was a smile and the best attitude!!!
