The property was conveniently near the area we were visiting. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was okay. They should have had another waffle maker. We had to wait in a line for the one that was there. There was a lot of families staying there for an event and that made it a lil louder than probably usual. The parking lot was a little congested with a lot of people out in the parking lot in the evening smoking and hanging out. Overall, the stay was OK.

The hotel itself was nice but the front desk the second day was nasty. I told our refrigerator was broken he said we'll you leaving tomorrow. I said so my stuff suppose to be hot he never responded and didn't help us.

Breakfast layout was not good. Very basic options for breakfast. Room was nice size. Clean room. No sheets for the pull out couch.

Need to remove the outdated sofas. Clean the curtains stain removers

The stay was great the accommodations were wonderful and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We used the microwave and the power went out in our room

The outside looks nice and clean The rooms did not match the images online. The bed was a queen size not a king and I paid extra for king size bed.the facility workers were not present. I had to service my own issues in the room. I traveled with my kids and it was an inconvenience to have to service issues.

Couch in room was really dirty and stained and the woodwork was sticky and fingerprinted. 2nd evening our room key had been deactivated so, after hauling up heavy bags, we had to go back down to the desk.
