The price is right! I haven’t spent $110 on a room in 20 years so the price was really good. Happy and sad it’s an old building. Rugs are worn out smell the big musty or like it used to be a cigarette room we had a handicap room that was huge. I think if you’re on a budget it’s a great place to stay. Fortunately, I’m not on a budget so I don’t think I’d stay there again but again it’s not terrible. Just old

The room was very messy and hairs all over the bed. They didn’t even clean the room before checking in. The frontdesk staff are miserable.

Been staying here for awhile for trips to Charlotte metro area. The Comfort Suites has changed ownership and now is a homeless shelter. Now trying to judge people but it’s who I saw eating at breakfast. We will not be staying here any more.

The room was clean and very spacious. We had our dogs with us and they were comfortable. Great stay and had plenty of food and activities in the area.

First room the toilet didn’t work and then they tried to move me to the 4th floor which was under construction. Overall not a great experience.
