The hotel itself is pretty clean. It just seems like there is a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. And if you have a dog with you, there is a tiny tiny spot for animals not a very good place to stay if you have a dog

Easy to get to I was unable to make my first night of my original reservation due to bad weather in New Jersey and all the flights were canceled until the following day. I called a booking.com and they messaged the hotel on my behalf, and even with my hands being tied and not being able to make my first night of the reservation the hotel still charged me for a night stay. The following day when I was able to check in, I go up to my room and find that the room door is open and there is trays of food on the bed. I immediately went downstairs and let the receptionist know. To my surprise, they asked me if I was sure I went to the Wright room and they went upstairs to verify so then I and my family was moved to a different room, which was fine. I just wondered what was happening there and why I would get the keys to a room that was not even cleaned. Overall, the hotel is fine close to everything there’s a bunch of places to eat. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth that all the flights in New Jersey were canceled and I was still charged for one night. Booking.com is no help whatsoever . I was told my situation would get escalated and when I asked to speak to a manager three different times I was told there was no manager there for me to speak to. They say they were going to credit back some of my first day charge and then I had to wait 24 hours to receive a notification with what the sum would be and no one ever called me back. I tried three times speaking to someone and every time they said I need to wait 24 hours.

Our room wasnt cleaned and it had alot of damage to the property from the desk to the chairs to the mattresses were ripped I had to go to the front desk and ask them to make note of it so I wasn't charged myself staff qas friendly but couldn't help beyond that we even noticed they had the same staff working almost 24 hours at the front desk this wouldn't be my frist Choice next time

Hotel and room were clean, plenty of towels, etc. A/C worked great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Didn't like how I was treated by a particular staff member. I do not appreciate the fact that I was banned from this facility because I chose not to open my room door while getting dressed. I made ot clear that I was getting dressed and the front desk attendant kept messing with the knob of the door as if they were determined to get in

Staff is thieves and have horrible customer service
