Air conditioning didn’t seem to work as well as it should but everything else was great!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Individual air conditioning control. Breakfast was good with many choices and long hours for use.

The beds are very comfortable. The staff for our first stay 7/4 were incredible. They had a full facility and the two front desk folk were literally running to facilitate guest requests. Not the same staff 7/12. I didn't check out. Every time I came down to the front desk, the young man stood up and went into the back room! Breakfast for our first stay 7/4-7/5 was wonderful. The buffet items were excellent, they had bagels, hard boiled eggs and a full assortment of yogurt. Our second stay 7/12-13 the breakfast was AWEFUL. They put out Impossible sausage that NO ONE touched. The buffet was inedible, and there were no hard boiled eggs. We had to ask for waffle batter, and there were no bagels or bread for toast. This was at 9:30am! We took the kids to Speedway for breakfast sandwiches.

This is our go to hotel when visiting family. We have always rated them 5 stars and dropped it down to 4 this time. Hope they're not going downhill!

Clean room, friendly staff. Left too early for work to take advantage of breakfast. Wish there was another option. Power went out during the night and was restored by morning. Staff kept me well informed.

Start to finish it was fabulous. The room was clean, well furnished and quiet. We were in for a friend’s funeral and needed a stay where we could gather with friends. It was perfect. Places to eat near by.

The matress was very hard and a step above sleeping on the floor. There should have been king pillows on a king bed.

Very nice grounds/parking, with plenty of parking. Reception was very friendly and check-in was easy. Room was very clean and spacious (double queen studio suite). Comfortable beds. Quiet. Wonderful free breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Hampton Inn & Suites in Huntersville is a wonderful hotel to stay at. The front desk staff is available, professional, pleasant, and efficient. The property is well maintained. Housekeeping had the room and bathroom immaculate. We will stay again!
