Best Western Surf City

We enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub a treat. Breakfast excellent and thanks to the nice staff member who made us our waffles. Definitely will stay again.

Location was very good. Staff was super friendly and helpful and complementary breakfast was better than expected.

Property was clean staff real polite and breakfast was a plus close to Huntington Beach

Overall are great, except the blanket not soft no comforter. The bed need to be change into a soft bed. Hopefully. I will highly recommend it and we will be back and stay here again. The guy in the front desk was really nice and very helpful. The accommodation are great, and the place too.

Great place! Huge rooms big bathrooms great breakfast. My only gripe is to beware of the old lady that runs the morning breakfast, she's a super control freak. You're going to get food she'll actually touch your plate and move it kind of gesturing saying that's enough And I'm skinny! The lady that works the breakfast buffet she's a micromanage control freak.

Very clean and friendly staff

They gave me the very worst room in the whole hotel which was on the first floor right behind the lobby and looked out to the parking lot. It was also a disability room which I did not request. I was really disappointed and only stayed for a couple hours and left. It was not what was promised.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the place was clean and close to beach. The place will be more quite and safe if the family with small kids live in the first floor.

Front desk help was a bit unprofessional to me and others who were checking in and or had questions. Person helping me originally could not find my Expedia reservation. I was there for a weekend. I will not likely revisit.

Room was accessible and there was an elevator. Very clean. None that i can think of.

I made reservations at last minute. I was upgraded to a handicap room at no extra charge when I arrived using a walker. My room was very clean; staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good. It was quiet at night and parking close to room was available.

The staff was nice, the check in and check out process was fast and easy The room smelled like mildew.The mini fridge was leaking the entire time , which also wreaked of mildew and the bathroom walls were really dirty right next to the toilet
