Clean room, parking included, helpful staff.

This is a no frills kind of place. No amenities, no upgrades, nothing fancy. The rooms have the basic stuff, carpets need a good cleaning, walls/ baseboards need cleaning. The bathroom shower walls were slimy. However, its proximity to the pier/ downtown area is great. The murals in the rooms are definitely a vibe. Would I stay here again yes, only for a night or two though. The place has great potential if there was some TLC given to the facility and rooms.

Room was good but the carpet smelled … had a weird smell to it

Very close to the water BUT run down, even the cute patio lights didn’t work and 1 guy there who didn’t care. Parking is lot 5 spots so beware. If the price were cheap okay but for what they charge at least fix the property!

It was ok noisy ar night but is slept well . That carpet should be torn out cuz it's stained and smells but other than that ok.

Stayed in room 8 for three nights and then had to move to room 7. No hot water in the shower the first three nights. Air conditioning didn’t work in my other room for the last night. Called the emergency number that is posted and left a message and still haven’t received a call back. The location is great but this place needs to work on some things.

My bedding was not clean.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Nice ocean view across PCH. Parking under property allowing quick access. Walking distance to Main Street. Stayed here on days off while on tour - will stay here next time we travel through Huntington.

plus your by the beach and its cheaper than most rooms are little run down questionable on cleanliness.served the purpose but probably not coming back

Great location to the beach and shopping. Nostalgic building with updates. Shaded free parking. Room 8 is quiet from traffic and street noise. Staff were helpful! The balcony had great sunset views. Fun place to stay! We will be back!

This place is a bargain, next to the pier, the staff was nice and attentive, older place and nothing special , but a nice getaway

Been to this hotel many times. Not impressed with this stay. New manager…the guy could not even crack a smile for us. Not friendly at all. And we are paying $250 a night , please!!!!!!!Room felt dirty and smelled like bad sewage problem. Location is the ONLY reason to stay here.

Being close to the beach is the best thing about this property.

Great location! You can see the sunset on the beach from the balcony, but definitely bring your own beach towels. I will stay again!

Rooms are so outdated and stuffy rooms

Not fancy but very convenient. Location is very good. Rooms were decorated super cute they were clean and comfortable. The deck was nice to sit on to look at the ocean.
