We had an amazing stay; however, the room was not the room that we paid for. It was a lot smaller. They said that because we did a third party through Expedia that they just post pictures, but it’s not the room we’re getting

Everything was great. Everybody was nice. Food was awesome view was the best.

Stay in dolphin tower. The other tower is very outdated.

The property is very good. The only thing is the toilet, was too low and small.

Experience was good until the last day when one of the associate wasn’t considerate about the time crunch I was in when I asked him to get help from someone to go back to my room and grab the back that I forgot. My room key stopped working and he made me feel like a burden when I asked for his help while waiting for my uber.

Great hotel, loved the tiki bar on site. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was recently renovated and very comfortable. Great beach view and beach access!

We had a little issue on getting room service or trying to reach the front desk and the TV had some outages but we love that it was a great place and beautiful food was good. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

beautiful property with a beautiful pool facing the ocean. Entire hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt relaxed and respected at this hotel. Definitely would return.

Valet should be an option. Fine print; you will be charged an additional $30 daily or $55 overnight. You will be charged an additional $44 daily resort fee regardless of your Expedia paid package. Last day there was no water and when the water was turned back on it was brown. Beautiful resort but the extra fees and brown water were disappointing.
