Beautiful family, friendly resort the exterior of the hotel could use some paint and upgrades. Actual rooms were nice. A cot could easily fit into the double queen room and it would be convenient if they offered costs. Overall, we loved the hotel and the pools and will definitely be back.

The beach and sunrise views from our balcony were incredible. We were only two doors down from the resort’s rooftop lounge, yet we never heard a sound from our room. We spent an evening there enjoying cocktails and light bites with our older sons, and once again, the views, atmosphere, and service were fantastic. The resort also makes enjoying the beach incredibly easy. They provide complimentary beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and other beach items, along with a rolling cart that guests can use to transport everything across the street. We had a perfect beach day without having to worry about bringing all of our own equipment. My only complaint—and something I think future guests should be aware of—is the parking. Valet parking is $55 per day, and unfortunately, there are no alternative parking options offered by the resort. Since we stayed for four days, this added a significant expense to our stay. We needed a rental car because we had plans to explore other areas along the coast and then travel to another location for the second half of our trip for the Junior Olympics. Other than the parking cost, we truly had an amazing experience. The resort, location, amenities, service, and views were all outstanding. We would absolutely stay here again!

Upon checking in I was greeted with a qlass of Champaign. The service was excellent I spent the day at the pool which was great I was in the dolphin tower which was close enough to dining and the pool. The hotel staff was always friendly and very accommodating. I will be staying again and will definitely recommend. nothing

Such a beautiful Hilton resort!! So close to shopping, across from the beach and has all the amenities you could want! The rooms are so spacious and the Staff so wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Love this hotel. The thing they could improve on is providing more workable wagons and beach chairs to be available, since that is a big plus that the hotel provides the guests if you want to go across the street to the beach. If you don't get them early, you miss out on the opportunity.

I love the Waterfront Beach Resort. The staff is amazing, the amenities, restaurants, pool, etc..are fantastic. Love being able to check out a wagon with towels, chairs, and an umbrella to take to the beach. The view from the balcony of the corner suite of the Huntington Tower was incredible. Speaking of the Huntinging Tower, I was disappointed in the room compared to the suite we previously stayed in in the Dolphin Tower. The rooms in the Dolphin Tower are remodeled and modern. The feel and match the vibe of the resort. Unfortunately, my suite in the Huntington Tower was not in good shape, there were very few outlets to charge a phone etc..the bathroom is in dire need of an update, the tub and shower looked like a cheap apartment, their were multiple rips/tears in the wallpaper. There was not even a mini bar, or microwave, and this was not a standard room. Again I love the Waterfront Beach Resort, and will return, but I will for sure stay in the Dolphin Tower, even though that means I will not get the sunset/pier view, and will be near the pool with the waterslides and all the kids and what that brings to the experience.

PROS: 1. Close to the beach 2. Clean, modern rooms 3. Friendly valet, and nice staff at the restaurants and pools 4. Few restaurant and food options to choose from 5. Slides in the pool, which kids love CONS: 1. People will reserve pool chairs/loungers at 7am, and you won't find space to enjoy the pool after 9am, even when most people aren't even there, it is all reserved. Although they claim that they'll remove things left unattended more than 30 minutes, that doesn't happen 2. The offer chairs, wagons and umbrellas for the beach (you're paying via resort fee). They're the chepest there is, low quality, and not in great shape 3. There's not enough Free chairs/loungers to sit on the pool, to force you to pay for the premium seating (about 1/3 of the available space is extra cost), which is unresonable to me. Not enough lounge chairs for the resort fee you're already paying 4. The food is ok, but not great. Overpiced food at the pools 5. Can't bring food from the outside to the pool, forcing you to pay for not great food, at high prices 6. Resort fees are $44/night/room + TAXES (Extra taxes on that was not dislosed by Expedia or the property). 7. Manager was not willing to do anything to help, even with high Hiltons Honors status. 8. You'll feel you're being squeezed out of your money on every direction. 9. Forced to pay $55/night for Valet, no self parking.

Great stay.
-
The pool wristbands are a little annoying and the gate key didn’t work most of the time but overall great location. Beautiful view.
-
Both Fridge and Coffee maker didn’t work in our room. Coffee machine was switched but the fridge was not. Property itself and staff amazing.

As far as for the room, I give 3/5 stars. As soon as we stepped in, the room wasn’t clean properly. There was a bit food crumbs on the carpet and the trash can was empty, but not clean. There’s some stain inside. The room and bathroom were a bit outdated where you can see some chipped here and there on the wall and counter top, as well as the cabinets. The next day after we got our room cleaned, they didn’t clean the room properly as well. I still had some crumbs on the countertop from our breakfast croissant. The pool with the slide is way more crowded and louder than the one without. We’d prefer the chill pool and it’s nice we can get beach toys, beach carts, umbrella and chairs to bring to the beach. Would I stay here again? I’m not sure. Overall our experience was 3.5 stars.
