Perfect location and such a wonderful resort to stay at. My room was larger than a normal hotel room plus I had two balconies with a beach view. Loved my stay here!

Everything was nice I saw there was no diversity in your staff everybody was white or white presenting in the restaurant we had to get a manager because we sat in the restaurant and were ignored by staff finally got some mediocre help from a staff that seemed irritated by our presence get some diversity in your hotel

We had a great experience. Rooms were very clean. Staff were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the property and most things about it. My only complaint is how loud the music is at the pool. They have a DJ blasting music from 11am until late in the afternoon. Its deafening and it's not like this is a Vegas pool. Its a kids pool. I would encourage management to do without the music. Good food. Good beer. Hotel also has beach chairs and toys you can use for free. Also, if you want to rent cabanas or premium seating at the pool, be ready to pay a laughable price. Didn't see 1 cabana occupied all week. Maybe they should drop the price from 650 to 150 and they would actually sell them lol. But again, good hotel. Would recommend

Was not told at check in that the Rooftop Bar was on our floor. The bar was closed to the public for a private party. Nonstop drunks and loudness in the hallway all night. Management offered to send security and give us a $60 resort credit so we could pick up a souvenir or something at check out. What a joke! Paid $1900 for a two night stay. Very disappointing. I intend to dispute the room charge with my bank.

I personally didn’t like this hotel - too crowded in the pool and the front desk staff is standoffish and not super helpful. The staff that serves food and drinks at the pool are so kind and hardworking though!

The staff are amazing and so helpful. The hotel was perfect for beach fun and fun by the pool and bar. Nearby restaurants and shops. We had a great time.

An excellent hotel all around from room cleanliness to friendliness of reception, pool, housekeeping, and other personnel.

Although I enjoyed the food so I would come back. They are understaffed and I feel bad for the waiters trying their best.

Liked the pool, waterslides, restaurant options, and location. I appreciated that the conciere held our luggage until our room was ready and then until we were ready to leave later. I would have liked there to be more lounge chairs and for it to be quieter in the pool area. I would have appreciated free parking and more value for our money.

Our room was great size for 5 people. we had a beautiful view of the ocean. That you let outsiders in the pool grounds so wrist bands are limited for paying guests.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Property is in ideal location and is a super fun resort. The rates are pricey and then food and drinks are outrageously expensive.

So friendly from the moment we pulled up. Accommodating when we had a guest and pet visit us. Beautiful location, family friendly, clean, and so convenient to the neighborhood fun! Would love to return sometime in the future.
