Extraordinary Staff, Service and cleanliness

Highly recommend this hotel. The amenities are sooo special. Chairs, sand toys, towels, etc, happy hours, live music, walking distance to pier, many restaurants,CVS, shopping!! Valet service! Nicest, most helpful staff!

Perfect location for a beach vacation

Beach Front. Right above HQ Gastropub when you need it. This is a beautiful modern and lively hotel and hotel experience. The rooms are immaculate and being close to the beach and the pier is always a plus main street is just around the corner and the beach is just across the street. A bit pricey but beach close is premium.

I don't write too my reviews, but the staff here are exemplary. They are easy going, hospitality focused, and nothing is too much trouble. The one-hour daily social hour with free beer, wine, cocktail of the day, and non-alcoholic drinks for the kids is really nice. It really does make everything more social and everyone's in such a good mood. Drinking a glass of wine and roasting marshmallows (with a s'mores kit also provided free of charge by the hotel) while kids play ping pong or foosball puts us into vacation mode instantly. They also gave us a later checkout (1 hour later) so our kids could spend an extra hour that morning at the beach and still get back to hotel on time for a quick shower before check-out time. Though it's only an hour, little things like that really makes the difference. As guests, you feel the effort and it just makes everything so much more pleasant. Compared to hotels who nickel and dime you for everything (which many places are these days), this is a very refreshing change. Keep up the great work! We recommend this hotel and will return for another staycation soon.

Oh my God this was a great Hotel provide you with a bicycle ride the beach chairs for the beach towels for the beach even sand toys for kids had a bar at a restaurant police station across the street quiet nice area very clean half the block from all the bars and restaurants super convenient going to make this my go-to weekend vacation spot from now on

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They always looked forward to helping visitors either staying in the hotel or not. In addition, they always made sure our room was reset and some days were twice a day, which was really awesome.

Superb

There was a strong chemical odor when you walked in, and there was a large wet spot between the two beds that smelled like resolve. It was directly where you would want to walk.
