Rooms are fantastic, beds super comfortable and the hotel is very very nice. The pool area is nice… could be cleaned up better, but not a show stopper. Had a GREAT time here. I’ve been here before but there were a lot more Little kids this time, which I had viewed this hotel as more adult friendly. Changes the vibe a bit , but I would still go back.

Great location, loved being able to use the bikes $60 per day parking and not being notified about it till we got to the property. Waitresses in pool area need attitude adjustments as well as bartender at treehouse restaurant. cleanliness at pool area.

Great place to stay with family

Great location. Fantastic Restaurant. When asked for a 5th night on arrival, we were told although available it would cost double the Booking. Com Rate. We declined. Spa outrageously expensive. Room service very poor for such a hotel charging premium Rates. Management seemed ambivalent. Only appeared interested in Corporate Events.

Amazing facilities and location Staff weren’t very accommodating

Our scheduled check-in time was 4:00 PM, but our room was not ready. We waited approximately 40 minutes before we were finally able to get into our room. The hotel initially offered us a $50 credit, and after the continued delay, increased it to $100, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. When we finally entered our room, we discovered visible stains on the bedsheets. After waiting 40 minutes just to get into the room, it was extremely disappointing to find that the room had not been properly prepared. We contacted housekeeping and had the sheets replaced. We did not want to change rooms because we had already spent so much time waiting and did not want to go through the entire process again. Then came the most concerning issue. At checkout, we reviewed our folio and discovered a $118.74 charge from Lorea, the hotel’s restaurant. We never visited Lorea and never made this purchase. The charge had been posted to our room even though it was not our bill. We had to wait another approximately 40 minutes at checkout while the hotel investigated and verified the charge. So during this stay, we spent approximately 80 minutes of our valuable vacation time waiting because of problems caused by the hotel — 40 minutes waiting for our room at check-in and another 40 minutes dealing with an incorrect restaurant charge at checkout. Terrible experience ever!

The property description makes it seem like the umbrellas and chairs are already set up on the beach. They are not. You have to walk across a busy highway to get to the beach. Then if an umbrella and chair and beach towels are available, you may use them. Twice I was told they weren’t available. So if you don’t go very early or late in the day, there’s a good chance there’s not any available.you must bring the chairs an umbrella to the beach yourself. I was told on multiple occasions that there is a concierge which will take you to and from the beach. I was not able to take advantage of that because when I was there, the “bike” was broken. Also, it ends at 3 o’clock, so it’s not very helpful unless you don’t wanna stay past 3 o’clock at the beach. The chairs and umbrella and towels are heavy to carry, especially if you are one person with a child. The umbrella quite honestly is garbage., there’s no screw at the bottom of the umbrella, so you either have to hold it the entire time or it will fly out of the ground when any sort of wind comes. They brought the first day they gave me was broken. I actually canceled another reservation to go to this hotel because the hotel made it seem like it was very convenient with the umbrella, umbrellas and chair, chairs available complementary. It was a huge hassle so we didn’t really spend much time with the beach. Friday was a very loud DJ party with a tequila brand. So there were hardly any chairs and no shade unless you want to pay.

Property is in need of a refresh overall. Bedding and linen’s as well. Housekeeping under par. They didn’t change our sheets during our stay. Only made the bed and replaced towels. Not acceptable! We had to ask for our beverage center to be refilled daily. Valet and front desk was the best service overall. Everything else including the restaurants were not great and lacking service. We will probably try something else next time.

Loved my stay and experience at this property! The staff was very attentive, respectful and helpful. Whether as a solo traveler or bringing the family along for the journey the property seemed to have something for everything. The location is absolutely amazing and close to so many great activities, restaurants and shopping. I even got to experience a wedding party on site! Treehouse is fun and lively on the weekends with the overall property being the restful retreat I needed!

Superb

The entire staff were very helpful, including the manager, she was excellent. The ocean view rooms are the same as partial view to say the least, barely any ocean view from the room. Valet parking is $60 a day. No self parking.

Everything is as excellent at this hotel.

Give you good customer service

We’ve stayed here last year and everything was awesome. This year not so much, the pool was constantly out of towels, the towels they gave us for the beach were smaller than a bath towel and the fabric was consistent with something I’d use in my garage
