Weather was amazing! This hotel is for people with dogs, we can hear dogs barking most of the day but not at night! Hotel is great! Great location and the restaurant was amazing!

Nothing unique about the property. The carpet in the room had stains in it. The decor was old and deteriorating. The staff was very attentive.

Top place to have fun holiday for the family. A cigar lounge would have made it heavenly.

Liked that you could see the ocean if you stepped out into the balcony. Had a cooler fridge which was nice. But is is very small. Hard to talk to staff since it is an automated system that helps and we had to wait a long time to get an additional blanket. Know it is only valet parking. The outdoor area needed to be swept and glass fencing area cleaned. Staff was not very friendly or warming. Bathroom door is similar to a barn door which had a gap where others in your room could see through. Room was clean. Balcony was a bit on the tiny side.

The bartenders were great at both bars.

Beach views were great. Rooms were nice it was nice to have the complimentary flip flops and wine!

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. Loved the hot tub overlooking the ocean.

There were 2 issues, parking was the first, 60$ a nice to Valet your car and it is the only option around the house. It’s very similar to San Diego and Vegas. This is Huntington Beach. The second issue was check-in. Check in is at 4:00, which in my book it is an hour later than it should. Our room was not ready and we waited almost another hour to get our room. The staff was kind and gave us vouchers to get two free drinks, after some pushing they gave us a 100 credit. Also, everything cost at the hotel. There is no free breakfast.

We had beautiful views of the beach! The beds and pillows were so cozy, that I actually just called to ask what brands they were. I slept amazing. Also loved sitting out by the fire tables at night!

Our favorite place to stay in So Cal! The staff is so friendly and the location is amazing. Of the 8+ times I’ve stayed here, I’ve had the pleasure of bringing my bulldog 3 times and I cannot rave enough how well they treat him. He’s welcome everywhere. I was thanked repeatedly for bringing him. It’s just a lovely place to stay. We stayed a full week and it simply wasn’t enough time. We loved it! Stay here! We will be there again soon!

Excellent spacious and comfortable room with good sea view. Congested pool although not a a major problem. Also didn’t realize that it was a specified dog friendly hotel.

Really fun stay, and great view. Pasea charges every fee possible which hinders the experience. Lorea Restaurants food was excellent, but the bartenders were not as nice as the other staff on the property were. The valet fellas were just awesome and going non stop.

I very much enjoyed my time there! I liked it so much, I extended my stay! Frank at the bar was so personable and knowledgeable. He happened to work my entire stay and he was certainly a highlight to my stay. He remembered my wine order & suggested great entrees from the restaurant. We laughed like old friends. I seriously thought I was at the Four Seasons or the Fairmont Empress with the high level of customer service I received. Teresa at the front desk managed my room request for my extended stay. She insured that not only did I have the same view, it was only a few doors down from my other room for an easy transition. The room was ready first thing in the morning and she texted me to let me know. I didn't feel rushed. Our view was even better. Kyra at the pool was very attentive. I wish I could remember all the names of the excellent stay because I certainly felt like a valued guest the entire stay. Thank you! Coming again for sure!

Great location close to beach with a really nice pool. We used it as base to explore LA sites which were all accessible and not too far. Huntington Beach as a location is fabulous. The hotel is next door to a small mall with good dining options and a few stores. It’s a 10 minute walk to main center with many more restaurants and shops. The entire area is very nice and safe

Staff is super friendly and helpful, location is close to all and you can walk everywhere. My only complaint is the food options for allergies really are non existent. They used to have more on the menu for GF etc and meat options for breakfast are all pork based or soy.

The Bach taxi wasn’t there so we took our complimentary chairs to the beach. I didn’t receive a call the next afternoon that the hotel was going to give me a complimentary late checkout that’s normally $150.00 I was pleased about that. The room was ok. The floor had a bad order with dirty spots in it. Everything is an upcharge at the hotel. The umbrellas at the pool are reserved for an upcharge. When I received my final bill the charge for the late checkout was on it. I had to call and get that resolved. The best thing about the hotel is the location. I have stayed at many 5 star hotel that does not up charge for everything. Customer service should be first and foremost without making a buck! I won’t be returning to this hotel again.
