Change the coffee machine it’s not made for an average joe to use in the room . I didn’t like it at all got me frustrated to make a simple cup of coffee in the morning. I give up and had to go dn stairs to buy a cup of coffee from one of your coffee shops that you guys have that was not convenient

Great location I’m reaching out regarding our recent stay for our 16th wedding anniversary. This trip was incredibly important to my wife and me, and unfortunately, an issue with our reservation and ore importantly, the way it was handled left us extremely disappointed. As an additional surprise for my wife, I added the Fun, Flirty & Celebration packages to our reservation. My intention was for these amenities to be waiting in our room when we arrived so that our anniversary celebration would start with something special. When we entered our room, however, none of the amenities were there. I went down to the front desk and spoke with a young lady about the issue. Rather than trying to find a solution, arrange for the amenities to be delivered, or offer an alternative way to make the moment special, I was simply told “sorry” repeatedly. I also tried to arrange a massage. After approximately four attempts to get assistance, I was eventually told to use the app. Again, I received an apology, but very little effort toward actually helping resolve the situation. I later returned to the front desk hoping to speak with someone else, but unfortunately I received essentially the same response an apology and an explanation that somehow the amenities had not been added. I understand that mistakes happen. What disappointed me most was not simply that the packages were missing; it was the lack of effort to make things right once the staff knew what had happened. This was the first time in 16 years of marriage that my wife and I had been able to take a trip together without our children. We have four daughters ages 15, 12, 5, and 6 months. Finding someone we trust to care for four children, especially with a six-month-old baby, is not an easy task. We put a lot of planning into making this anniversary getaway possible. My wife genuinely loves this hotel and chooses to come here whenever she gets the opportunity.

Great hotel and pool area and facilities. We paid for an upgrade for a corner room with sea view but this also meant we were closest to the PCH intersection that was quite noisy. I would have expected ted better sound proving.

Great location, staff was very nice

We truly loved our stay here. Right across the street from the beach. Nice views from the room. The room was very comfortable (the bed & AC specifically). Staff was amazing & helpful, even upgraded our room which was so sweet of them to do! The restaurant inside the hotel has great breakfast! It’s walking distance to plenty other dining & shops. We shopped a little bit in the plaza attached to the hotel. We would love to stay here again!

After a long weekend at Disneyland with my son, daughter in law and 3 granddaughters my husband and I took a day for ourselves to relax on the beach and have a night just for us. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The view of the beach from our balcony was beautiful. It was exactly what we needed. We both would highly recommend Pasea Hotel and Spa for a relaxing getaway.

Valet was great but I called front desk many a times to get water and spoons and things wouldn’t be arranged. Otherwise, over all good stay!
