There were many people outside smoking pot. Someone pooped in parking lot and tracked through the walk way. Hot tub did not work and pool was dirty.

Positives about the property are: Good price, free parking, and breakfast is included daily.

The bed was fresh and comfortable. The property run down and the ice machine disgusting. Had to walk across the parking lot to the pool area. If I had children I would not have felt they were safe. Not enough food for the amount of visitors during the breakfast period. Receptionist was courteous but I could see she was overwhelmed by the amount of complaints she received in a short span of time.

parking is good. toilet IS NOT well especially toilet bowl. staff are friendly and helpful

The shower faucet was leaking, couldn’t sleep

First room we got the AC didn’t cool down. Got a second room and it was better but couldn’t sleep because neighbors were too loud and there was creaking every couple of mins from the ceiling

Our first room had an extremely strong smoke smell, despite the hotel advertising smoke-free rooms. We complained and were moved to a second room, only to find that the air conditioning was not working. When we brought this to the hotel’s attention, we were told there was nothing they could do and that we would have to wait until a technician could come in the morning. I was traveling with my 1-year-old child and my pregnant wife, so staying overnight in a room without functioning AC was not a reasonable option. We ended up having to leave and pay for another hotel. Despite being unable to provide us with a smoke-free room with functioning air conditioning—both of which were represented in the booking—the hotel refused to give us a refund. We gave them an opportunity to fix the situation, accepted a room change, and the replacement room had another major issue. We weren’t leaving because we changed our minds; we left because the hotel could not provide the room and amenities we paid for. Extremely disappointing experience and customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

The breakfast was horrible. I witnessed the staff putting leftovers away for tomorrow’s use. 🤮 Run down air conditioning units that Barely work. Another person was in lobby complaining that his did not work at all and they refused to move him rooms. Room had bugs Thy used to provide conditioner but now that slot is empty and looks nasty. I asked for extra blankets and I was told that my room had “enough”. I let them know that I would need extras and they said they would give me a sheet and pillow only. Staff was extremely rude Pretty disappointed ☹️ I paid a decent price and was treated as if I was only paying for a cheap motel. Will never return

Our room smelled like weed but other than that, it was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights.y kids enjoyed the breakfast.

Front office was weird and not helpful. Keys to get inside room didn’t work. Had to go to office 3 times to get new keys. Room felt dirty. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were almost empty. Toilet rolls were almost gone. Towels were stained. And sofa bed was so uncomfortable and almost flat. Will never stay there again

House keeping was literally coming to my rooms every 10 to 15 minutes. Trying to rush us following day. Woke up my baby by the banging she did on my door! The tub was dirty and it could not even close up to fill for a bath. There was old hair in drain.

Worst experience ive ever had the front desk lady was super rude and to top it off the property was super dirty not cleaned there was a cat in the lobby by the food ill Definitely not be going back

After making a reservation in the morning for that evening's arrival, we arrived at 11:20 that night to check in. When we entered our room the bed was unmade and had been slept in. The bathroom was dirty; trash had not been emptied and the refrigerator had items left in it. We reported it immediately and were accused of having done it yourself's..... We asked for another room and were told they were sold out. We waited for them to clean the room which was not cleaned. We are not sure if the beds were stripped and remade or if they just made the bed. The refrigerator was not cleaned out. The bathroom rags had been removed and seemed to have had the counter wiped off but that was all. We have pictures of the way it was given to us both before cleaning and after. When we asked the next morning to speak to a manager, we were told to send an email. No one was available to talk to. If we had not been out and traveling all day, we would have cancelled and gone somewhere else. Do not recommend this place.

The staff was helpful, but my room stank like weed and the hot tub was yellow. It was a place to lay my head at night which is what I paid for.

The bathroom was Dirty and the beds were very uncomfortable, Room is to small that barely you walk

The staff was nice, breakfast was good, enjoyed the pool.

The bedding was excellent and that is what I really want!
