Comfort Inn & Suites Huntington Beach

Cleanliness

Location is good near to shops and restaurants. Very dated room and furnishings. We had a room with 2 king size beds . There was no where to put suitcases so difficult walking around the room. Air con very noisy and also disturbed sleep by noise from traffic and children guests running around at night . Area outside the room very basic

Very good

One of the front desk girls was just complaining about everything. Real rude. We stayed an extra night and were charged another deposit. Never staying there again.

Location Bathroom design- it was very difficult to close the door because it swung so close to the entire sink area! The water fixtures were loose. They didn't have bath soap, just shampoo and conditioner and a single tiny round hand soap bar. The bed was also lumpy and uncomfortable. The overall facility is in need of upgrades and modernization.

This property is super close to a lot of shopping plaza’s and it’s super easy to find great food near, we were pleased to find that our room was also super clean spacious and guest services were super helpful. I’d definitely stay again!! Our little family had a great time☺️

Nothing besides location The first room had a leak in the ceiling, the second room the sink would not drain, the trash cans still had old trash in them, the shower handles were all if off, the fridge was not working made all of our left over food from dinner go bad.

Is a good location and the lady at the front desk was polite. The room was dirty. The ac didn't work and the worst part it had cockroaches!!!! It was really bad.

Great place and friendly staff. Third time staying here and I will stay again.

easy access and central to alot of socal intertainment venues

The room was clean and simple and well organized. I liked the layout and the balcony. Could use a better fan in the bathroom and perhaps a new lampshade or two.

Good location, good staff

The a/c did not work in our room. The carpets must have been shampooed before we checked in. Carpet was damp, and because the a/c was not working, the room became musty.

It was super expensive for what it was. Weekend rates are insane!

It was run down. Stained carpet, sink backed up every time the water was on. Missing grout in shower, door torn all on the bottom, drawers broken and all the outside hall lights out. I couldn’t see my room number without my cell phone flashlight . I’ll never stay at Comfort Inn again.

Really nothing.. Upon Check in, they sent me to a room that wasn't cleaned. Then had to wait for them to move me to another room. After about 5 minutes in the new room, someone was able to use a key to attempt to enter the room. Thankfully I locked with the deadbolt latch. Otherwise someone would've entered the room, this was another guest and when I spoke to the front desk about it, they acted like nothing happened. The room was filfthy, unclean, and really one of the worst hotel experiences. I had booked 2 nights, and did not spend the second night on the property, opting to go somewhere else cleaner. Highly recommend you stay far away.

I was an ok hotel but I didn’t like that when I arrived, they gave me a room that was not ready, it was as if someone had just left the room, but they did fix it right away and all the staff was nice and breakfast was good.
