Hotel Huntington Beach

Room was fair, staff and location were excellent. Overall great value for the price, and the staff was always nice, greeting and helpful.

The room needed updating. The carpet needed cleaning or replacement due to stained areas. The restroom in the room shows wear and the beds were not comfortable.

There wasn’t anything unique about the property. I like that it’s across from some shopping areas and near my daughter. There are no refrigerators. The paint in the bathrooms is on the mirrors. The air conditioner was on, but didn’t seem to be working properly. The light kept coming on in the bathroom in the middle of the night. It was convenient and the bed was fine.

Found cockroach in room on 8th floor. Was told they had a rough year containing them. We travel a lot and this was last minute for a weekend to Disney. Would never again

The rooms are a little unexpected.Tiny TV’s and no fridges/ microwaves. It seems the hotel is having finance problems as when you walk in the lobby looks amazing but once you explore the hotel - updates are needed. The breakfast is $15 and it is mediocre. Not worth $15 unless you truly don’t feel like venturing out. Overall, it was a fine stay. You get what you pay for, so I would stay again. The stay was a great price.

The rooms are clean. The property is decent. It’s not the four seasons, but you also know that when you’re booking it. The lobby is clean and well maintained. Free parking is a massive bonus because in California, some properties charge you ridiculous amounts($40-$70/per night) to park. As long as they keep the free parking, my sheets are clean, and the bathroom looks presentable, I will keep coming back here. this property is also across from a mall that has plenty of restaurants and shopping. You literally look out the window and see a Costco. There is a movie theater at that mall. The mall also has a Flecha which is a nice spot to get drinks. There is also a Thai restaurant at that mall that has a delicious breakfast omelet🔥. There’s a BJ’s around the corner as well. Unless there is something terribly wrong with your room and the hotel, refuses to move you to another room, there’s literally nothing to complain about in regards to this property.

Good place... Breakfast isn't that great and it is an extra charge. There is an inside pool and an inside jacuzzi that are heated. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is great.

Woulda been 5 stars but room doesn't have refrigerator & shower drain took forever to drain. Over ankle deep water by the end of a short shower. By the last day it was finally fixed.

The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper which was stressful. The shower was good and the room was clean. Good value.

I have been staying at the Huntington Beach Hotel for many years and always a great experience . The location is great and the free parking is a plus . Plan to keep coming back !

I had left a pair of sandals there and I called the next day after I left to see if anyone had turned them in. Oscar, the guy at the front desk, who answered the phone, told me yes someone had turned in my sandals. Great. But the very next thing he does is pulls up my reservation, my personal information that he no longer had a business right to be looking into, and informs me that he will be in my area and he could drop them off to me. WEIRDO!!!! I will be calling the manager of that Hotel to inform and complain about this.

The hotel is outdated and the AC was not working well. The beds are very small.
