Good place for living, cheap hotel.

Stay in this hotel a couple times. I like it and plus free ice and had elevator. The price per night was increase recently.

Our room had been remodeled since the last time we stayed, and it was lovely. The sheets were fresh smelling and the room was very nice. I like the wood floors instead of carpet. The wall mounted shampoo and body wash were nice. I will definitely stay at Hotel 39 next time we are in Huntington Beach, which will be soon.

Wasn’t nice or clean. But close to the good Asian restaurants.

Was clean and everything did function well (hot water, lights, etc). Had lots of free TV stations, even sports and movies. Was surprised. No frills and mismatch furniture. No In room coffee/tea. If you’re on a budget, it was a good clean room.

Pro: Room looked and smelled clean. Good location with tons of restaurants near by. Easy check-in with plenty of parking. Con: We were in a room that was street side and oh boy was it loud. I swear every motorcyclist and car with an exhaust mod drove down Beach Blvd as fast as they could all night long. If traffic noise doesn't bother you then this a great place to stay for the price.

Interesting location, limited parking, walls were dirty, furniture was dirty. Bed was clean. Got confused as different guest. Good price though.

Didn’t expect that nice room with the price. I booked it the last minute so the price is a bit higher than usual, but still on my budget. Room’s clean and looks exactly like in picture. Bathroom is just okay tho. Def come back!

Great for the price and location. Just don’t expect a luxury hotel, more of a place to sleep and shower.

Major renovation was going on. Workers were working until later hours of the evening.

The room was clean when I arrived and cleaned everyday while I was out around the city. Staff was amazing. Check in and out was simple and quick.

Have stayed here many times. Wish they can change their policy on the deposit to option of card or cash because banks sometimes take a couple of days for deposit to be credited and that 150$ that I can use.

The room was clean and comfortable. The outside not so clean but does have good customer service.

Not in the nicest part of town but considering the room was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. Would recommend it you are looking for a affordable place and are willing to look past the cover. Pool was also decent, nice to have after the hot day. Air conditioner worked great and shower had good water pressure.
