Hotel 39 Westminster

Horrible filthy bugs horrible scary location very unsafe many homeless people right outside the hotel. Many people on alcohol and drugs. It’s right next to the liquor store that attracts the homeless late night on super busy beach Boulevard and 405 freeway you hear sirens all night long and they mess with you on the deposit money here and they also have zero Wi-Fi that works and no cell service.

Good location if you’re like Vietnamese food.

The sheets are a little bit old and no hand lotion. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

This is more like a motel. It’s old but sheets and towels clean. Staffs are friendly. If you’re into Vietnamese food it’s a great location for that. If I ever come back around here I would stay here again.

This is Not a complaint, just a note on the water pressure from the shower head: Water flow is weak; therefore, the shower took longer to rinse off body wash and conditioner.

It was okay... they do require a 150$ deposit w credit card but they were accomodating

To find a Hotel under $120 a night in the LA area is quite amazing. The staff are great, they answer the phone and have real meaningful conversations with you!! The room has a medium sized fridge with a functional freezer and a microwave and everything you need. The room was clean and parking was available. It did smell like cigarettes however. The Hotel does not serve breakfast but there is a vietnamese place open at 10 and a starbucks open early within walking distance. Lots of options if you don't mind driving somewhere. What I didn't like about it was the "motel feel" and the neighborhood set my radar off. I don't spook much and I did go next store for drink, but I was on my guard the whole time. So - if you lower your expectations, its got what you need. I would stay here again if I was passing through and just needed a quick place to stop.

Terrible smell can’t stand

I really love my room. It’s conveniently located near the stairs, so it’s easy to go up and down, and it also has a nice view of the street. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Whenever I come to California, I always stay at this hotel.

Had to park in a shopping center next to it because there was only about 5 spaces to park someone try to get in the room in the middle of the nigth good thing I always put the chain on the door
