The hotel is fine clean the rooms are nice. The staff is just a bit much to deal with.

The convenience of breakfast on/site is always a welcomed amenity.

The breakfast was good. I was a little disappointed that the treadmills weren’t working, but there was another piece of equipment to use. it was close to a lot of areas to shop and or eat. I would definitely STAY HERE AGAIN!.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and was plenty big. We had 3 people in a king suite, one sleeping on the pullout couch. All of us felt our beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were nice and quiet and well-maintained. Our only concern was that the pool was very cloudy, but that could be from a number of things. Overall, 5 stars from us! We would absolutely stay here again!

The water pressure in the shower was very low and the staff couldn't light the fire pit. Everything else was great!

Expedia confirmed the reservation had not been canceled on their end. After the Expedia representative spoke directly with the front desk, the hotel stated they had attempted to run my card the night before arrival. The original card had been replaced due to fraud, and because I selected pay‑at‑property, I reasonably expected to provide my new card at check‑in. Only after intervention from Expedia was my original reservation honored. This issue affected multiple guests that weekend and caused unnecessary stress and confusion. A simple email or phone call notifying guests of attempted early charges would have prevented this situation. I have never experienced a hotel canceling a third‑party reservation without notice, and given the major concert nearby, the handling of these cancellations appeared unprofessional and opportunistic.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast could have had more variety. The hotel was very peaceful.

The next morning they did move us to a better room but overall it was smelly and not a good experience at all.

The Room was so much more than I expected. Lots of room. While I was only there one night, I immediately called my wife and said all our future family vacations should be at a Residence Inn.

The water was off for 22 hours and the front desk kept changing how long the water would be off.. I've stayed several times and I have had issues multiple times like my refrigerator didn't work for days and the general manager kept giving me excuses

I gave it low reviews because I booked for four nights, but they somehow gave away my first night. They then told me they communicated with me about my stay, but I received nothing.

Love this hotel

This location was great if you have a car and are headed to the city. Nearby Park & Ride was very convenient. Lots of outlets to work from the lobby/breakfast area. Better make sure to get downstairs for breakfast if you want coffee, no lobby coffee after breakfast. You do have coffee available in your room though, anytime. Nice fruit/cucumber infused ice water in the lobby, or “plain” in the workout room. Nice selection of snacks available in lobby, lots of nearby restaurant options. Two thumbs up!

The room was absolutely perfect; it was clean and smelled good. Staff was helpful and friendly from check in to check out. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, only complaint is that it was not restocked close to the end of breakfast so if you aren’t there early, you miss out. Overall a good experience and would come back!

The menu was great the amount of guest were higher then usual because of weekend and holiday weekend at that. If you plan on going to breakfast the earlier the better is my advice.
