Seemed to be in a decent location. Kind of "hidden" off the road. Gps directions feel like you're going to a restaurant, then the hotel is behind the restaurant Checking in, the staff seemed uninterested in doing her job. We got to the room, adjusted the temperature and left to go to a baseball game. When we got back, there was no hot water, so we decided to just go to bed. Upon removing sheets we find little black bugs all over the bed and about a dozen hairs on the bed. That was the end. We gathered our stuff and reported to the front desk that we were leaving. This kid was better than the first girl, but still seemed like we were bothering him.

Excelente, esta incluido desayuno y cena, muy buena atencion.

The breakfast was decent. The room was clean but the air conditioner was extremely loud making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was out of order the 4 nights we were there. The only answers to these issues by the front desk staff was- “hot tubs are difficult to maintain” and “I’m sorry, you will have to contact the manager (who was not on the premises at all). We will not stay here again.

I booked this place because of Dog friendly Hotel, but the grass was high, plus weeds. The “dog area” had trash in it ( beer bottles/fast food bags) plus dog poop from owners not cleaning up after there pets. Disappointed with outside appearance. When taking the dogs outside, we walked them down the stairwell, out the side door. It was very common to walk out into cigarette smoke or pot. The last day we were there, a guest or guests on our floor, were smoking marijuana. The smell was lingering in the hallway and stairway. Hot tub was out of service. (Not a deal breaker, things happen) Room was clean. Several things were damaged or scattered up. I did notify front desk and took pictures after i checked in.

Very nice room, freshly cleaned so the floors still slightly damp but easily overlooked - a very good value, quite good hot breakfast. Will stay here again when in the neighborhood!

Superb

It was clean, check in/check out was easy, and it was comfortable and peaceful.

It was too humid in our room and it smelt musty! I was disappointed that housekeeping only comes every three days and that on the off days I had to ask for related items at the front desk. it’d be nicer if they came at least every other day instead. On a really positive note though, the front desk clerk named Jasper was delightful and very accommodating. There was another female clerk though, who was unfriendly and seemed put out when answering our questions. Jasper was the best, though.

I liked the location, price not to bad and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, waffles, juices, cereal bagels, bread, fresh fruit and some other stuff as well. The bathroom floor had hair all over eww, the lower soap holder underneath had a bunch of mold nasty, the room carpet seemed clean at first until wife got in shower, dirty and hair came oft the bottom of her feet also nasty, red stain on carpet next to nightstand and bed, the room phone din't work kept making a guad awful cracking noises from the speaker so I disconnected it, had to go to the front desk to complain since phone didn't work. Told the young gentleman at the desk about everything wrong in my room. Unfortunately no one was there to clean or room or fix our phone since everyone had gone home for the day. Next morning talked to an older gentleman at the desk about our room he scheduled the housekeeper to come clean or room and bathroom again and also nformed me to unplug the phone since no one has ever fixed them cause everyone uses their cell phones. Not sure how that works when your trying to get ahold of the front desk.
