Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Somewhat convenient for the Royals game.

Air did not work well, hot tub jets did not work, mold in tub. Told hotel staff about the AC. Was told she’d check with the manager and call our room. Never bothered to call.

Like the location and everything was fine Bathroom toilet was un flashed, hair fine on the towels, and in the tub. But overall, is fine. Bed was really comfortable and clean.

We loved the comfy beds and our room was clean. The staff especially the lady for breakfast was so nice. The blackout curtains definitely nice as well. The lady working front desk was as well super nice. Breakfast was amazing. The pool room was definitely sore to look at as well as super small and all were complaining of the pool water being cold. Definitely needs to be refreshed. Our bathroom in our room had broken toilet paper holder as well ass missing piece in tub. And the fridge in our room did not work but again the front desk lady replaced it with one that did and was sorry for inconvenience.

Location Staff was very friendly except the lady attending the breakfast buffet, she was very rude. Beds were not the most comfortable and one of the bed was squeaky everytime you moved. You can tell the painted the bathtub because the paint was chipping off, we had to give the toddler a shower instead of a bath.

Older building with old amenities. Operational, just not exceptional. Breakfast was really good. There was plenty right up to the end of breakfast.

Thea beds were very comfy. Nice breakfast. The porter trolly should have been removed from service. Had flat tires and one entire side the metal cage was broken from the bottom base making it almost impossible to use.

Carpet was ripped up in the main walk way with nails sticking out. Hot tub did not work and was very dirty.

The housekeepers seem to do a good job. The bathrooms and beds were clean. However, this property has seen better days. Dark lighting in the halls, scratches on the walls in many places, creaky and bouncy elevator, windows that don’t latch closed so you can feel air and hear the highway. I will not stay here again. Does not live up to expectations for an HI Express chain. I predict they will offload this property to a cheaper hotel chain very soon.

The check in staff was not friendly. The breakfast was great! Especially a staff member who helped with breakfast named Sheryl, she was very friendly and helpful. The coffee maker is too slow, especially since there are no coffee makers in the rooms so having to line up to wait a few minutes for the coffee beans to grind builds up when it's busy, plus one of the machines was down 2 mornings in a row. We had a great time at the pool, it was clean and there were towels there. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We stayed here at the end of our vacation on our way home and I can promise you when in the area, we will be staying here again. Great room - Clean, had a microwave and a mini fridge and was so comfortable. The staff - friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to the breakfast attendant (I wish I could remember his name) - he was ON HIS GAME! Super kind and the food was GREAT! We rolled in tired ready for a good nights sleep. We got it and then some.

I had a good night’s sleep. The room was quiet and comfortable.
