Out of soap, TV was whacked, room stunk of waste water, desk nssed up our reservation. Never again.

The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the location is great, and everyone was helpful and friendly. We had a bathroom stool issue that was easily resolved. We plan to stay there again the next time we are in Independence.

Great location and very quiet. Bedroom was spacious and nice. I wasn't expecting a kitchenette. We didn't use it though, but it was nice to have plus a full size refrigerator which we've never seen before in the other hotels we've stayed. Overall, nice place and great value for one night. We would go back. It was sort of an emergency. Our a/c died on us last Wed and the house feels like a sauna and is hard to sleep when it is that hot. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

The property is far from the downtown. No cookware. Clean rooms. Not much contact with the frontdesk. To far grom everything, would not be back
