It was awful I don’t recommend anyone stay at this hotel it’s terrible and they will steal your money!!! Stay somewhere that’s safe not at this hotel it’s a horrible

Small parking lot and definitely needs to be redone. Parking lot is in rough shape

The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was convenient for our purposes. Free laundry facilities was nice, even though only two washers worked out of eight machines and two dryers functional out of six.

First time staying at a Staybridge. Staff was great. Getting to the room was like going through a maze. Room appeared recently renovated. They forgot to finish the walls over the bathroom mirror. Not appealing. No ice machines available. Very inconvenient for a one night stay. Won't book again.

Clean room our fridge didn’t work and they refunded us a night. Kids loved the pools. Breakfast was good.

When we arrived we were told there was a boiler explosion and no hot water. This was between 1:15-1:30pm on July 15th. On my original booking it stated “free cancellation before 6pm on July 15th” we were told we could cancel our reservation due to the water issues. My husband had worked all day and needed a good shower so we rebooked elsewhere. I was still charged full price for our room we didn’t even stay in and received no response from the messages I’ve sent to the property. It’s a shame because we loved this hotel for our previous stays.

For those who need ceiling fans to sleep, this place does not have them. However, the layout of the room does wonders to circumvent the lack of ceiling fans.

This place was great. Very friendly staff. I loved the kitchenette. It was nice to have a fridge, and dishwasher. I was just staying a few days but had everything I needed. The morning breakfast was awesome as was the pool area. I will differently look for them when I need a place to stay again.

The property was clean, breakfast were always hot and varied. The parking lot is awful. So many potholes that you could not avoid them.

Stayed with family for two days. (Booked four days and canceled last 2 days) Breakfast was good, but the pool was closed during our stay. Most of the washing machines and dryers were not working, which was inconvenient. The parking areas had a lot of potholes, and no pillows were provided for the sofa bed.

We’ve stayed here every time we go to Kansas City. Housekeeping failed as I think they only made the bed, never changing the sheets as there was so much hair it was gross. Then the hide a bed had no sheets what so ever. The receptionist was the only one working her tail off on a Friday night trying to help us, check people in and deal with door dash drivers on top of that. She had a lot going on but still was the nicest lady to everyone.

Cons: Parking lot is very rough. Room smelled a bit musty or something. Door to bathroom was a sliding 'pocket' door, was off the track and took a lot of force to open and close. Shower was of the 'walk-in' or 'roll-in' type, and let a lot of water spill out onto the tile of the bathroom floor, making it slippery. Sink in bathroom had a leak - when you turned the water on, the sink counter top got all wet and water dripped onto the floor. Overall: The property is run-down and I will not stay here again.

Great customer service, food and quiet location. Beds were also comfortable, up to date and clean!
