It was mostly clean and the beds were good.

Needs updates!

The bathroom was not clean . We’d like a refund for part of this stay.

Stayed one. Nothing could be done because we booked and already paid via Expedia.

This property desperately needs an update. Worn furniture, missing baseboards, bed slopes downhill. Worst part was the sticky kitchen floor. Bedroom a/c would not shut off. We love Residence Inn. Albuquerque Airport location was 10/10

The location was close to the highway The towels were dirty in the room the a/c didn't work told the front desk they said there was nothing they could do till the next day, had to request a fan and the next day know one came to work on the a/c unit. Wish the room was worth the price

Room was clean. Parking was good. Front desk staff were very nice.

Property was a little rough. It could use some tlc. Parking lot had pot holes and uneven spots, outside roof was falling apart and room could have used a better once over.

The room was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great to have. we were traveling and it was nice to be able to put our cooler stuff in the refrigerator and refreeze our freezer packs in the full size refrigerator/freezer. The breakfast was very good. There was several hot options as well as pastries, cereal, fruit and other things also. This was an awesome stay.

Breakfast quality has definitely went down to where they seem to not care that the food provided doesn't even look edible. Running from kids could be heard all throughout the night.

Free parking was nice

Breakfast was pretty lame. Luke warm at best. No wonder it was ‘free’.

Breakfast was good and was restocked often. Pool was fun for the kids.

Staff were friendly. We were told that the location was under renovation after checking in. Our room definitely needed some fixing. We had 2 bedroom for 6 days. One of the rooms vents was extremely dusty, one table outlet didn’t work and ceiling was patched up. The headboard had old adhesive stickers on it. The bathroom had rust or something around the drain. The other room was okay. There are no dressers in the rooms. We had to use the small drawer on the night stands and the TV stand in the living area. The outlet in the kitchen by the table is broken. Then we had to slam our door every time we enter or left the room. We had to stay because we already paid and it was short notice with no other places available for that length of time needed in that area. Won’t stay again.

The room was not cleaned, it had feces still in the toilet and it wouldn't flush, the door looked like it had been kicked. We were switched to another room where the heat didn't work and we were forced to keep the room warm with the oven in the room which was extremely unsafe not to mention my daughter had a tick embedded in her skin and some type of bug on the wall. This stay was down right horrifying

We was turned away when we arrived because their system was down and told us that they didn't know if we could get a refund

Hate to leave a bad review however the hotel was kind of grimy. Broken furniture, dirty doors, security door to building didnt work. We didn’t try the breakfast, area was decent with restaurants and shopping near by.

Bugs , appliances didn’t work, weed smell and cigarettes, no hygiene material, broken panel with exposed nails and no so helpful staff

We liked the 2 rooms along with a walk in shower. The beds were comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was delicious and enjoyed. The pool was nice for the younger kids. The glasses and plates in the cabinets were dirty along with what few pans there were to cook with. The shelves in the cabinets had sticky stuff on them. Above the TVs in the bedrooms were extremely dusty. Staff was irritated that we asked for more towels to shower with since the others were used at the pool.
