The breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed a deep clean. There was mold and the grout was orange. The tub and floors really needed it too. The pool was cold. My kids were shaking from being cold while being in it. The room across from 325 was so noisy and their guests knocked on our door when were all in bed already. It was a bunch of teens. They were all smoking marijuana even though we asked for a non smoking room, the smell was very strong.

The beds were comfy and the price was great! The pool was cold the kids got in but to cold for a heated pool.

The entire hotel has an unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning only seems to have two settings—ice cold or completely off—making it difficult to keep the room comfortable. The sofa bed was unusable. The mattress was so thin that it offered almost no support. We had to call to request bedding, only to be told to collect it ourselves from reception instead of having it brought to the room. No extra pillows were provided either. Our daughter couldn't sleep on the sofa bed and ended up having to sleep in our bed instead. Overall, this hotel is significantly overpriced for the quality and service provided. Between the unexpected charge, uncomfortable accommodations, and poor customer service, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Clean and comfortable It was ok

The hotel staff was helpful in printing directions to the Truman Library, when our phone and google map on our car failed us. Plentiful tourist brochures. The room was clean, well furnished and comfortable, with easy-to-function temperature controls and blinds, bathroom too. Coffee available in lobby 24/7. Minor drawbacks, bathroom shampoo, conditioner, lotions adequate but not great, while breakfast cereals, fruit, milk and pastries adequate only. But partner found waffle, biscuits and gravy, eggs & sausage tasty.

I did enjoy the car charger.

Everything was clean and the staff was great. Will certainly stay there again.

The room was dirty. Not sure when it was last cleaned. The bathroom door was broken The CO 2 alarm went off in the middle of the night I had to go to the desk. In my jammies to get it taken care of not a good night’s sleep

Very convenient to interstate and many good options. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

The location for the FIFA World Cup shuttle was perfect! The room was smelling as cat urine.

Great location near the freeway and shopping. Clean hotel with comfortable beds and a good breakfast.

The pool heater did not work. We asked about it and was told it was working. It was not. The water was cold. My daughter couldn't swim due to her sensory needs. I choose hotels specifically for the pool for my autistic daughter. This may not be a big deal to many but it is a huge deal to us.
