Reviews

The bathroom was a little run down but all in all the place was well kept.
-
Not worth the price . Rooms need updating to charge what we paid .
-
Nice customer service but it's average
-
Nice standard rooms, mini-fridge came in very handy, wireless worked well. Bar/restaurant are nice. It was decorated nicely for the World Cup. I didn't have any of the problems I've seen reported a lot about A/C or construction in the hotel. It can use freshening up, though. It looks like it's been overworked. Highway noise can be an issue so keep that in mind if you select your room in the app. I don't know if every-other-day housekeeping is becoming industry standard, but was in effect here. Can recommend, and would stay again, based on pleasant stay and excellent service.

Clean, quiet and extremely friendly/helpful staff. N/A

Elevator floors and carpet were terrible. The room was very used, wall paper peeling, dirty behind chair hadnt been vacuumed in a while. Just over all not good.
-
Paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom vents in the ceiling for the bathroom not working ice machine in the hallway not working crud all over the floor underneath it bathroom sink had powdered cleaner in it and would not drain refrigerator not cold
-
Facility needs some updating . Staff were polite .
-
Nice clean property, easy parking, maid service only every other day, only one of two elevators operating, nice to have mini frig and microwave in room
-
When our grandson did have a breakfast, the fees were more than the cost of the meal. The entire staff was wonderful.
-
Very dated hotel for a Hilton. Staff were all about talking with them selves. Front desk attendant was pleasant and quick check in. All other staff seemed like they were mad at the world unfortunately.
-
The fact that one of the elevators is always broken.
-
It was in a nice location. Our rooms wall coverings were falling off, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the hallways and elevator were hot and humid. Our door was left with the deadbolt holding the door open after maintenance was in.
-
The property was under renovations, the ice makers only worked on one floor, the elevator floors were dirty. It was definitely what I would expect a Hilton to be. You can do better, let's just say the Best Western we stayed at was kept up way better than this hotel. Great location though.
-
good location, clean room. The carpet in the elevator was worn and dirty. It was a bad first impression.
-
Inside the elevator the hallways were dilapidated and worn. Then I got inside my room. Had I not been behind exhausted from driving 800 + miles i would of went down stairs got my money back and left. The bathroom sink vanity was warped and the wood separating. Theonside of shower caulking repairs were old. The entire bathroom needed remodeling. All I wanted was a hot shower. When I walked into building it wreaked of cooking oil from the so called restaurant rigjt next to the check in. Upon leaving in a.m. the entrance way wasnt maintained dirty glass.... I have multiple photos but they wont attach.

This hotel was not great...it was dirty and in need of a redo....I have stayed at Motels 6 better than this...Not sure why Hilton has it's name on it.
-
Hotel is a little outdated but they are in the middle of major renovations. Hotel is central to a lot of activities, museums/ballgames etc. Breakfast not included but affordable. Restaurants and bar on site, they had a bar right by the door when you walk in for evening nightcap. Would definitely stay again and again whenever we return to KC!

Located near our destination Thought this hotel was redecorating. Have been staying there for years. Never changes. Elevator was very dirty with debris on the floor. We were there 2 days never changed carpet in room very old.
-
La atención del personal muy buena lo único que no me gustó esque el desayuno se tiene que pagar 15 dolares el plato por persona y en otros hoteles son gratis
