WiFi did not work. Tv only got 3 channels. No hot water in shower.

Location and travel budget were key to staying at this location. Hotels in downtown Cleveland were just too expensive. This location was an easy commute into the downtown area. The complimentary breakfast options were very good and made the stay a better value. If you prefer, there are other chain and local restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Based on our stay, I would suggest ignoring the poor reviews giving by some individuals and look at the numerous positive reviews. When we are next in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were ok.. not as clean as they could be.

The staff were not very friendly. We knew this wasnt the best of hotels going in but we are ok with that as long as the staff is friendly. If your on a budget, its ok. But remember the old saying....you get what you pay for. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good for a cheaper hotel. So, if thats your thing, this might be a gem!

I hate the smell of cigarettes on the first floor and marijuana smell on the second floor (which was my floor). And I wish the non smoking rule was enforced.

They turned the water off! I was getting myself together to leave and I went to go wash my hands and the water wouldn't come on the toilet wouldn't flush and I thought it was just a fluke. I then went outside to load up my car and another guest was saying that her water wasn't working either and a friend of mine who stayed in the same Hotel, said her water wasn't working either so I assume they turn the water off around 11:15 11:30 so people can hurry up and get out which is insane to me I will never say here again.

Old tv and did not work. Once the tech finally got it working all channels were static. It went out again the next day.

The rooms were cleaned and nice and cool, was so hot out. Breakfast was standard fare but was good. Reasonable rates. The staff was nice. Good experience. Would stay again.
