Honestly very disappointed. This hotel need to be closed and reopened when it is fully restored and ready. Building is crumbling and looks like it’s been deteriorated over time with little to know repairs. Ended just taking a loss and going to another place.

We hope for their sake we had the worse room: no garbage, no microwave, fridge that didn’t work and had no dial (management said they’d send someone to fix it but no one ever came), poorly patched giant hole in the wall, pool hours were wacky so unable to use, third set of keys finally worked, but bed clean enough to sleep in and the Mexican restaurant attached was awesome.

This was a very run down place tye whole place needs to he shut down and renovated to public standards. There was nothing that wasn't damaged ir missing from the rooms. Never again will I ever stay there

Only good aspect was central location for my travels in Cleveland area. Had to sign a bunch of papers upon check-in promising to not misuse breakfast, pool, quite hours, etc. and issued required wrist band. Room had 2 light bulbs out and the hanging rack in closet was loose from wall. Cabinet in bath not painted. No tub drain cover. Entrance door was always open (poor security). When I reported these maintenance requests, I was told they might get to them sometime next week. The temperature control in room was not at thermostat, rather on individual unit by window, and thus only could set at cooling or heating (not temp with auto as needed). No extra roll of toilet paper. The hotel staff was minimal -- often no one at front desk. Minimal breakfast -- coffee, tea, milk, and OJ (OJ was cheap / bitter -- only had one glass). Snack bars, yogurt ok. Nice small muffins, bagels, and bread slices to toast with cream cheese and jelly. Some days had cereal, others did not. Some days had bananas and oranges, others did not. Hot water available for oatmeal packets. Microwave available. Plastic plates, bowls, and utensils. Indoor pool always had closed sign - was told you have to ask front desk for entry (only afternoon hours). Tried to check out early - told since through 3rd party (Expedia) could not (paid in full upon check in). Staff were generally helpful (when available). The hotel was empty (6-12 total cars in lot). Will not stay here again and would not recommend.

Never in the 4 day stay was offered to have clean towels. Never came and turned over the bed, never cleared out garbage. Access key never worked for any of the outside doors for easy access for myself, a person with disability. Had to park in top parking lot and walk down to main lobby doors to access my room. Ice machines didn’t work. Appliances never plugged in used the fridge and found out in the morning it wasn’t plugged in. Fridge was moldy as in pics I provided

The one cleaning girl was very friendly. The room had ants all over my side table and in bathroom. Had to go down and ask for bug spray. The room was badly repaired in spots. The outside door was broken anyone could of come in at door b. Really disappointed.

The property needs maintenance followed by renovation. Good location, but don’t understand why it is in poor shape.

Walked up to the front entrance where there were weeds growing and not trimmed bushes. Told to park in the handicap parking since the majority of close parking places were marked as such and the further away parking was sparsely parked in and quite a way away. Grimy refrigerator and bathroom mirror and black cornered shower. Lights not working in front of the creaky elevator. Used furniture and no art or coziness - Ghost-town feel. Very creepy. Attempted to check out a day early and was told I could not due to the ‘third party billing’ that I made.

I booked 2 nights and couldn’t stay the 2nd. It was horrible. I was told I couldn’t get my money back for the 2nd night either

To start with there was trash all out by the entrance door. Their walls all had damage and the carpet was not clean, both in the hall and the room. There was mold throughout the bathroom and I found a lighter on the floor of a non-smoking room, that was supposed to be clean. We simply could not stay there, and made reservations at another hotel and moved. If I could have given zeros, I would have, or possibly a negative number.

Terrible hotel

The hotel is clearly old and in need of repair. The basics of the room were clean (toilet, shower, sink, linens) but the walls, floors, doors and other surfaces were not clean. The TV remote didn’t have a battery cover, the telephone and alarm clock did not work and could have been removed, the blow dryer was one of the old wall mounted ones but it wasn’t mounted on the wall and was in the closet. While I had to sign something that had a number of policies on it, several addressing smoking, there we a lot of smoke smells in the hallway and residual smoke smell in my room. I don’t smoke, so I was happy to sign it, so not sure if people just didn’t sign it or didn’t care! My deadbolt lock didn’t work either. I got in late after a long day of travel and as kind as the front desk person was, I am sure he would have found me another room, but after parking and carrying my bags up a flight of stairs, I didn’t have it in me to get back into my car and drive back down to reception. Definitely the best price I could find in the area!

I strongly request that Expedia review this property, as it does not meet basic hospitality or safety standards. The primary issues included:Illegal Parking Directive: Upon arrival, hotel staff explicitly directed me to park in a designated handicapped parking space, which is a legal violation and restricted access for guests with disabilities.Severe Drainage & Plumbing Issues: The shower water failed to drain for over an hour. When I notified the front desk, they stated they could not help me.Refusal of Basic Amenities: The room was provided with only two towels. When I requested more, staff claimed housekeeping was unavailable until morning.Conflicting Policies & Delays: The following morning, I requested towels again. I was told I had to request full room cleaning just to get towels. After waiting over two hours for basic linens, no help arrived.Safety Hazards: The walking areas and hallways near the elevators were dangerously dark due to inadequate lighting.Because the hotel refused to resolve the drainage issue or provide clean towels, the room became unusable. I could no longer tolerate these conditions, checked out early, and had to pay out-of-pocket for another hotel.

Didn’t get any bath towels, went to the front desk to ask for some and they said they had 1 to give. Told them we had 3 people so they offered us wash cloths and foot towels to dry with. Didn’t have any coffee fixings for coffee maker. Ice bag was covering the smoke detector. Dirty sock was left from other people. No batteries in remote. Blood stain on curtain.Bunch of garbage behind the tv stand. Toothbrush left in top of mirror from previous. Just out right dirty

The gentleman that was working the front desk was great- he was the only positive thing I can mention about this hotel. If I could give negative stars, I would.
-
No coffee cups in the room, no bag for dirty laundry. Floor needed vacuum cleaner Ran big time. What you call a breakfast is what we call a “grab and go”. No hot food at all. Parking lot had litter laying around, cigarette butts, etc. Looks as if the hotel is getting ready to go out of business. Employees were friendly and helpful.
-
They charged my card 2 1/2 hours before check in claiming they do that now due to people not showing up. Then there were ants all in the bathroom. The bed felt like it had nothing but two mattresses and no box spring. No microwave in the room. They offered free breakfast but it could only be ate in the breakfast area. So this will be my last time staying there
-
To start, it took twenty minutes to check in.Because of only one person on duty. The lights in the corridor by the elevator in the lobby.Do not work. If you're staying on the 4th floor you wouldn't know that. Because the elevator says you're on the 3rd floor. Large sticky spots between the beds, dirty towels in the hall that night still there in the morning. Breakfast in the morning had been picked through so badly. I did not want to touch anything. Did not seem that anybody had checked it all morning to replenish. No remote for the television was told that one would be brought to my room. never showed. Shower curtain was covered in black mold.
-
Not much of a breakfast and the front desk was never there when we needed them.

Just okay
