Kid friendly, family gathering friendly The fire place did not work, my bed sheets had dirt stains on them, the outside lounge tv did not work. Some staff members were not friendly to adults also children!

Location and rooms and price No outside tv no fire pit another year in a row and front counter person not so friendly the breakfast was not to good never no hot water for hot tea and don’t have just regular black tea everything was flavored.

Clean rooms. Great Staff

NA I didn't have a pet, but it was obvious that I was put on the pet floor. My room smelled like dog! It was very humid, intensifying the smell.

I left a VERY important item behind & the staff were extremely helpful in seeing to it that it got back to me. Thank you!

Everything was top notch.

Fully equipped kitchen. Ask for the stove on front desk at arrival.

Friendly staff. Big room with divider curtain between bed and seating area. Nice exercise room with treadmills and free weights. Free breakfast is of poor quality. Shade blocking light could not be pulled down fully leaving light in day and night. It could not be fixed during our stay.

Close to what we needed to conduct our business in the area The back lot door closest to our room did not unlock from the outside with the digital key, had to walk around the building. The fire alarm had a false alarm in the middle of the night. This is the second time this has happened at Home2 for us at two separate locations. The breakfast attendant put sausage gravy in the oatmeal warmer. Imagine the surprise when you put blueberries in the grave, then realize that it’s not oatmeal at all.

Bed was comfy No one said anything about having to pay a deposit when we got to the hotel. We had paid for the hotel beforehand, so the fact that since “we booked 3rd party” we had to pay additional. This is very frustrating when you’ve been traveling all day to get to the hotel to check in with these problems. If someone was solo traveling and didn’t have the extra funds to provide more money to the hotel, knowing they already paid for a stay. Why would this hotel be listed on a 3rd party if they make you pay a deposit to check in.

I like the layout of the room. The facility is very clean. The workout room was great to have there. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff seem to be busy else we're doing work and not readily available but when they were there, they were nice and accommodating
