Home2 Suites by Hilton Cleveland Independence

Large room with full fridge/freezer. Great breakfast. Perfect for families. Convenient location to Cleveland and Cuyahoga National Park.

The room was big . Had all things needed to stay first a few days or even a week . We pnly stayed 1 night so although we didn't use it its nice to have a full fridge - dishwasher and sink . Breakfast had a great spread and was really good The couch bed was not comfortable at all . The walls are not very sound proof . You could hear furniture moving above us at like 1am . The pool was slightly foggy and not very clean

Excellent

Staff was friendly at check in and in all my interactions with them. Room was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast had a lot of fresh, hot choices. The gym was well equipped and clean. Safe location close to the city. Loved my stay and will definitely stay again if in the area.

The stay was good, but I did not get the room pictured online. It showed a dividing wall between a small living room area with a TV and a bedroom area with a TV. My room had a curtain between a bed and a couch with one TV across from the bed. Not a big deal, except that I was expecting two for me and my family. All the staff except for a guy who seemed to run the cleaning staff was really helpful. When I mentioned that the hide a bed sheets weren't clean, he gave me a new pair of sheets to change myself and told me that the hotel was sold out... It clearly wasn't. Again, not a big deal but no need to lie to a customer to get them to go away.

Very good

Clean rooms and very spacious. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Gym and pool loked good but didn’t get to use them.

Breakfast was friendly and fantastic every single day computers, easily accessible Wi-Fi I can’t complain. I had stayed there before for three weeks. I only stayed one week. I had an appointment early in the morning and they allow me to leave all my food in a refrigerator area until I could come back and pick my food up even after checkout customer service at its best. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Brand new, great layout in room. My wife and I really found it convenient.

All superb

Loved the location and felt safe The rooms could be cleaned a little more thorough. There was a lot of buildup in the bathroom, showers and baseboards.

Exceptional

The $150 fee for incidentals was not disclosed.

Very clean and the rooms were spacious and climate control was great ( we like it cold).
