Breakfast was really good.

This is an older property and while they tried to update it, it felt short for us. The carpeting wasn’t installed properly making the transition between kitchen area n sitting area a tripping hazard. The beds were way too hard and the continental breakfast area way too small. It was so crowded and no available tables that the waiting line to get to the food was very unappealing and we went to a restaurant for breakfast. So much for saving money on breakfast.

The bed was comfortable and parking was accessible.

Every single staff member we interacted with was very professional and nice! The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable! Every morning the breakfast selection was so good, and my boy's loved making their own waffles and adding chocolate chips and whip cream on top! No complaints, everything was perfect!

Clean rooms , comfortable beds, conveniently located. It was about 30 minute drive to Blossom. Less than a 20 minute drive to downtown Cleveland. The best part of it , was the breakfast, the reason I came back a second time. Would definitely stay here again , when I’m back in the area.

Very friendly staff at check in!

Very nice staff but the facilities are in poor repair. Broken items everywhere and workout equipment was out of order. Unpleasant oder in the rooms.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of area to sit in lobby area.

Staff was nice, but bathroom was dirty and beds uncomfortable. Noisy too! Stayed 2 nights and no one brought new towels or touched up the room.

Staff were friendly and Helpful. Liked everything .

The floor was very dirty. The rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. Not the most comfortable bed, but ok for 1 night.
