Completely dirty. Had to wait a few more minutes to check in because floor was wet from cleaning. Settled in took a shower and walked barefooted to the bed to put socks on and bottom of my feet were black. And they wanted to charge me $5.00 to fully clean the room👎🏼👎🏼

The elevator and hallways were pretty dirty..lol there were what looked like animal hair tumbleweeds in the hall and just everyday dirt in the elevator..the pillows were SUPER flat..even 2 folded were still flat. The beds were made oddly, with a flat sheet, then comforter and another flat sheet on top of that..and there were dirty underpants and other clothes in the top drawer when we got there. You had to hold the toilet handle down to flush and the large dead fly in the toilet water was a nice touch..BUT the AC was on point. 😂 Definitely not worth 160 bucks a night (260 if you count the refundable deposit🙄).

Good location close to restaurants

I wish the room had been as great as the staff. It had a weird smell and there was black mold in the bathroom. One of my kids spilled water on the floor and when they wiped it up, the paper towel they used turned dark grey. Positives: Room had a hot plate for cooking, as well as a full sized fridge and microwave. Location was close to many activities.

The room though has three beds only had two sets of bed linens when I went down they said all you have to request that I said I have three people in this room I shouldn't have to request bed linens for the fold out bed also the room was the noisiest room I've ever tried to sleep in The air conditioning system made continual sounds all night long.

The hotel was nice the guests a little sketchy
-
Decent for the price

We didnt get any bedding for the pull out sofa so had to request that. When opening the bathroom door while the sofa bed was out you couldnt fit to get in the bathroom. Wouldn't recommend. Also very noisy all night, someone kept running up and down The hall and talking loudly ans slamming doors.

The staff was great. But the room wasn’t the cleanest. And the air conditioning was subpar. The unit was loud and inconsistent. There was a dog that barked all night. And there appeared to be a lot of people living there which gave it an off putting vibe.

Broken pool. 1 of 2 elevators broken. Everything needs a really good scrub. You shouldn't have to ask for items to be put in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable but not the pillows. Employees were all cordial and helpful. "To-go" breakfast is a joke. We can't stay here again. We'll just have to fork out the money for better accommodations because this place just isn't worth saving money for

The worst part of our stay was the last night!! the hotel had no hot water for an entire day. leaving my family unable to shower. I contacted Expedia, who contacted the hotel, but the hotel refused to give any refund, partial refund, credit, or any compensation. My family and I stayed here for one week, and I will never stay again. The hotel advertises queen beds, but they are actually full-size beds. Unlike most hotels, they charge for basic services. You have to pay for room service, so no fresh bedding. your used towels to the front desk for clean ones, and take your own trash downstairs or be charged a fee. It feels more like renting an apartment than staying at a hotel. The beds were uncomfortable, and the front desk inconsistent. One employee gave me a broom to clean the room, but on checkout day another employee claimed they didn’t have one. I had to clean the floor with one of their towels, which got dirty. The bottoms of our feet also got dirty from walking barefoot, so the floors were not even mopped before we arrived. Their policies are excessive. They charge stained sheets, even though hotels wash all bedding after every guest. They also charge guests with outrageous charges if kitchen items aren’t returned.—don’t expect breakfast. Their “breakfast” is just granola bars, morning coffee, and sometimes cold hard-boiled eggs. Overall, this hotel seems more interested in charging guests extra fees than giving good customer service. I would not recommend staying here!

The property itself was poorly maintained. The elevator was filthy, the hallways smelled, and the room next to ours was cooking steaks with the door open, filling the hallway with smoke and cooking odors. The check-in experience was also disappointing. Vera was on a personal cell phone call when we arrived, seated away from the front desk, and came across as rude and unwelcoming. Instead of continuing our vacation, we had to drive all the way home, arriving around 2:00 a.m. with two exhausted, upset children. Expedia refunded the room because the hotel couldn’t provide what we booked, but the hotel still captured the $100 incidental deposit, and more than a week later I am still trying to get that charge reversed. I have photos documenting the room and property. I would not stay here again.

There were a few staff members who were very helpful, there was a gentleman who offered to help with my luggage. The overnight staff also gave me a spare key when I locked mine in the room. I like the full size refrigerator and the kitchen areas. I have stayed there twice before. The side door has been broken since the last time I was there 2 years ago so you can't use the key card. The front desk person was short with me when I asked about having our rooms on the same floor, simple request. Then I was told it would be extra for a spare key. I will not be going back to that location, I stayed at the one in Toledo and it was much nicer.

Linen and bed are not of good standing

The bathroom tub had a backed up drain and NO shower curtain. There were only two bath towels for a room that held six people. We asked for maintenance for the drain and were told that we could speak with them on Monday, it was currently Friday, and there wouldn't be a maintenence person available to repair the drain. We paid $211.29 for a one night stay in a room without enough beds for our family, in a hotel with Carlton the completely useless front desk person, who only seemed capable of repeating, "I'm the only person here. I can't help you." Yet, had no problem standing and talking with security guard for over 40 min. No help.

I booked this room through a link from my workplace to attend a conference. When I arrived my reservation was cancelled and had no way to get a room there as it was fully booked. I provided a corp credit card during my booking but they told me due to non payment my booking was cancelled.
