Vending machines Nothing

One washcloth, hand towel and bath towel was crazy to me. Was told each room was only one set per bed in room. So if there are 2 people you are supposed to share? Makes no sense to me.

Common areas of hotel were pretty run down. Laundry room was very messy. Hallways had dirt along the sides of the walkway and stains on the walls. Seemed like a lot of construction workers were staying there and using the property pretty hard. I would not stay here again. Staff was friendly. Location was good.

Whole place reeks of cigarettes and weed. Filthy floors. Breakfast is listed as continental and was not, they didn't even have coffee, just a sign that said "out, sorry for inconvenience". I'd avoid this place, spend a little bit more money for a substantially better experience.

The hotel room was poorly cleaned. The floors were dirty, the pillows were incredibly flat, the mattress on the pull out couch had likely been there since the hotel opened. No one showered for our one night stay because the room was dingy and we just wanted to get home. The couch had stains. Won’t stay here again.

Staff not helpful at all

I arrived and was told they didn’t have my reservation and that it was “probably cancelled.” I had to find a new hotel after 11:30 pm.

Superbly designed room, fixed almost all my pet peeves on hotel rooms. But the air conditioning was difficult to get on and when I succeeded, was periodically loud.

Everything was an additional charge and there was almost nothing available for the grab and go breakfast.

Lack of adequate towels for showers shower was not very good.. no utensils at all in kitchen in room. The so-called breakfast was non-existent

The room smelled bad the drawer was broken and the breakfast was a joke. They only gave us one bath towel that had to be switched out at the desk when you wanted another one. We were very disappointed. We had to extend our stay but we decided to move to a different hotel instead of staying there.

The sink outside of the bathroom was unique. For the price it did the job. But the curtains were stained, floors weren’t clean, rooms were not maintained.. could have been better but also could have been worse.

The whole hotel was dirty. Bathroom light didn’t work and no water pressure. Mirrors were stained. Will not stay here again.

Didn't realize how limited the amenities were with it being our first time at an extended stay hotel. For the 3 of us, we were given one set of towels and no bedding on the pull-out couch. When we asked for these items at the front desk, we were met with sighs and frustration that we had requested additional items, that we would think would be necessities, even just for a 2 night stay. Continental breakfast was massively underwhelming but I can understand why considering the type of hotel it is.
