SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cleveland Independence

This site was acceptable, but definitely not up to Marriott standards. When we arrived the room only had one towel (there were two of us), and had no shower gel or hand soap. We went a day and a half with no hot water after being promised it was being fixed. We ended up changing rooms after a search for a room that did have hot water. Then the internet went out and was still not working properly four days later. We were informed at check-in that room service was done every other day, but during our five night stay we only received service once (on day four) and that only included towels. The bathroom floor wasn’t washed or the carpet vacuumed nor was the trash emptied. Very disappointing stay.

Great location and price. Some staff could be a little nicer.

When we went into our room and opened the fridge to put our groceries in, the entire fridge was dirty, unwashed, with chocolate milk residue and left overs. The next day I needed to join a conference on zoom for this I needed internet and I couldn't connect, so I called the reception desk and they told me that I had to call the company that services the hotel and deal with this problem myself. Plus the hotel room smells very stale and stagnant air. I travel a lot, but this is the first time I've come across such a horrible hotel, I really don't recommend it and I'm shocked.

Clean, close to everything. Just 12 mins from downtown. Bar was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful and thr bed was super comfy!

Great hotel and great stay. The only issue for me was the cleanliness, or lack-thereof, in the shower. There was hair all over it. On the corners of the floor, hanging from the dispensers and the wall rack in the shower. Personally grosses me out. Other than that, the room was clean.

Very dated facility. Room had torn carpet. Not what I usually experience at a Marriott hotel. Sad!

The cleanliness of the hotel was top tier and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional.

The front desk clerk Yolanda was one of the best customer service rep. I have dealt with in my 55 years. Very polite, handled the rush and my problem both at the same time with control and confidence very good employe. She went up and beyond to help me. Going thru booking. Com

The bed was very comfortable, and there were many towels available. The elevators were quick and large.

Nice lobby and outdoor seating area. Checkin and checkout easy. Room was spacious and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was great and snacks and beverages near the.Registration desk were perfect for between meals and reasonably priced. The coffee pods in the room should have been replenished for the next morning. The desk staff only had decaf on hand when we requested some for next morning before retiring to our room. Luckily the breakfast buffet opened by six a m with nice fresh coffee.

Shower curtain mold Bathroom tub water had problems draining Shower curtain was replaced

The pool wasn't working and that was the reason we booked this hotel. Cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere.

Convenient It’s getting older

Spacious room. Staff was nice.

Breakfast was delicious Stayed three nights in a row and room was NOT cleaned.
