It would be nice to offer breakfast with your stay. Since you are paying a decent amount for the stay.

The hotel and staff were outstanding. Would definitely stay there again.

Just a one night stay but everything was easy and convenient. Clean and peacefully room!

My room was quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay here again when visiting family in the area.

There was no breakfast provided The hotel was out dated. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Stains on walls inside room.

It was clean. Microwave in room. Comfortable beds. Great television channel options. Evening entertainment available. Snack/needs store stocked extremely well. Located near major highway, several restaurants and entertainment. Near walking trails and Cuyahoga County parks and recreational areas also. Ample parking… Hallway carpet on first floor starting to roll up in middle. I tripped… Doors opening and/or closing was loud and vibrates or rattles our door (perhaps adjust door strike)… The window blind was broken and didn’t go up or down properly… No room fridge.

They Didn't refund anything or provide any voucher for us as an option. The swimming pool water was really cold. There was a guest next door making a lot of noise after 10:00 p.m. more than once. We booked two rooms for to adults, a child, two grandparents, and I wouldn't recommend these hotel for a family. They treated us as if we were not important at all as they had a bigger event happening there.

N/A We only came there for the Pool, and we were very disappointed that it was not a heated pool, it was cold that day and we frozed in the pool

VERY OLD AND DATED, DIRTY EVERYWHERE AND LOOSE DIRTY TILE IN BATHROOM, CARPET FELT SCUMMY AND VENTALATION WAS LOUD, DRAPES WERE BROKEN WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Old dirty rooms . Bed sheets were so old and disgusting I ended up leaving the hotel ! I was grossed out by the entire room .

Room had garbage from previous customer. Hallways not clean. Appeared to have updated downstairs area, but two rooms we stayed in we in need of updating

Rooms Needs renovation

The check in receptionist didn't issue me a breakfast card and I had to ask for it next morning.

Very nice. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was nicer than I’ve had in a long time. Did not stop into the dance club but saw through the door inside that people were having a great time. Would definitely stay again.
