The breakfast at Michael’s Grille was great. They had a band one night and a DJ the next night. Room was clean and shower was great. Bed was very comfortable! Love it here.

Convention of loud loitering folks hanging out by front entrance to the hotel and in the lobby. I was told they were Narcotics counselors. They left trash in the parking lot and were very loud. The hotel didn't have the staff to clean this up? Until 2 days later.? Pretty sad! The rugs in the hallways did not appear to have been vacuumed neither were the rooms. The rugs in the hallways were gathred in the center creating a walking hazard. The wallpaper in the bathrooms was old and separating. Very dated. The HVAC would not turn off in the room when the system was off. Service had to be called to connect the phone in the room. If I came to Cleveland again this would not be my choice of hotel

Room was really clean and the staff were friendly and super helpful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic!!

My room was directly across for the house keeping area. Through the night I experienced constant disturbances of the door from this area being slammed throughout the night. I did Inform the front desk, but no accommodations were made.

Convenient location right off of the highway. Parking was easy. The staff was reasonably helpful. Breakfast was decent for the price. All of the hot food looked freshly prepped and the wait staff was really good. The bar/restaurant food was pretty good and saved us from having to go out after a long drive. Our first room smelled like someone had just smoked a giant marijuana cigarette 2 minutes before we opened the door. I called the desk, told them and the guy said he would see what else they had available. We propped the door open because it was so strong. 10 minutes later, he shows up and immediately says, "yeah, wow, that is strong. I brought some spray." We got another room, but for the whole weekend, we kept smelling it in the hallway and on the last day, it was in our new room, too. The entire hotel is non-smoking, but IS IT? So, they gave us 2 complimentary breakfast cards for having to move - but we were a party of 3. I told the front desk we were 3 people, not 2 and him giving me another breakfast card was like he was peeling a 20 from his own wallet. It looked actually painful for him to give me another 1. I didn't expect anything for having to switch rooms, but if you are going to give me something for my inconvenience, then give it to everyone in my room.

There were teens being loud in the hallway at midnight and with everything going on at the hotel: a wedding, the bar night life with music booming like a club along with the mismanagement at the front desk the whole place felt like a circus. I wouldn’t choose this place again.

Easy to get to and surrounded by easy access restaurants able to walk to some. Was perfect for what we needed

The place is way too pricey for us to keep tripping on the rug in the hallway and way too pricey for no free breakfast

Staff very friendly. Our only negative is. Almost every traveler works out before 8 am.. with the pool ans work out facilities unavailable till 9am we found that disappointing.

Room was clean. Location was ideal for where I needed to be.

I liked that the hotel was able to fulfill my request for joined rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable. The capeting on the third floor in the hallway has a wrinkle going down the center which made it a little difficult to walk because I have a disability.
