Staff was very friendly.

The floor in our room was so dirty that it got my feet black. Everything else was clean but not the floors.

When we checked into the property we were given room 400. The room toilet was not cleaned and would not flush. We were given a new room which was 501. For that room the bathtub drain was not draining properly so we were standing in our dirty water. The room door would not lock. The lights in the bathroom were barely working. The plugs barely worked to plug in our devices as well. I would give this hotel a rating of two overall.

The rooms were clean and they provided towels daily. Staff were all pleasant. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

I’m reaching out regarding my current stay at the Wyndham Hotel in Independence, OH. My reservation is from Sunday, July 26th through Saturday, August 1st. Since checking in, I have experienced several issues that have made my stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. First, there have been a lot of people congregating around the property who do not appear to be hotel guests, which has raised concerns about the overall environment and security. I did try to address them with the front desk, but I was referred back to Expedia since I booked through a third party. Additionally, the hotel’s pool, which is listed as an available amenity, is not working. This was one of the features I expected to be able to use during my stay. I have also had ongoing noise issues from the guests in room 301. They have been extremely loud between approximately 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM, which has repeatedly interrupted my ability to sleep. The most concerning issue occurred when a housekeeper entered my room while I was inside, despite the fact that I had a Do Not Disturb sign displayed on my door. I did not request housekeeping, nor did I need towels or any other services. I found this to be a serious violation of my privacy and made me very uncomfortable. I am requesting that Expedia please document these concerns and assist with addressing them with the hotel. Given the number of issues I have experienced during this stay, I would also like to discuss what options are available regar

Was told hot tub open ,it was not.Very dark parking most of outside lights off. Restaurant and bar closed at 6:00...they are closed on Tuesdays was told. Floor in room was filthy had black hair all over it.. and my bare feet were filthy. I don't know how it has a whydom name.

This property definitely needs a full makeover. There were holes in random places both in the room and the hallways. The whole place reeked of weed. Ice machines broken. Hot tub not working (and that’s why we booked this location). Bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. Front desk staff was completely overworked and needed additional support but she was absolutely lovely. Would not stay here again.

Place was dirty and disgusting
-
The room needs little more updates the clean better bathroom and you should have breakfast no charge
-
I don’t have words it beyond bad except the front desk clerks were nice

Carpet dirty in elevator closest to door 4 and outside the elevator. Same elevator did not work when we went to leave the next morning. Room fairly clean, had to request more wash cloths as there was only one, and coffee packets as there was no regular coffee. Bathroom floor not as clean as it could be, but the dirt was mostly in the corners. Worst thing was the walls were very thin and people next to us were talking and laughing until close to one a.m. Would not stay here again, mostly because of the noise.

Property was run down, the walk through the hotel was...umm...different, the elevator scary, but the room was sort of ok. Toiletries nice, towels clean, bathroom floor dirty and they skimped on the coffee. We had a room with 2 beds and one had stained sheets. We only needed a place for a quick overnight to get up super early, so didn't want to pay much. We got what we paid for. We were quite surprised at the letter posted upon arrival that an additional $100 deposit would be charged upon check-in, then credited if no damage. This should have been disclosed when booking. The pool looked ok, didn't use it, but the hot tub appeared inoperable. I would not have enjoyed sitting outside poolside, as the landscaping was in dire need of rescue. We parked under a lamp for safety, esp after being told not to worry as there was security driving around at all hours. Upon leaving while dark so early in the morning, we noticed the lamp in the parking lot was burned out. Needless to say, we won't be back.

This was a terrible experience. The hotel itself was not clean, smelled of weed. My first room was next to the elevator, and above the dumpster, and the bed was WET. The entire situation was BAD. I left after one night.

Don’t book here bathrooms are dirty doors don’t close fully
-
Room wasnt bad just dirty water left plugged in the tub and pool and hot tub were of of service.

Good value for the money. Helpful front desk. Hallways could be maintained better. The room was clean and comfortable and maintained well. Overall not a four or five star but worth the money.
-
The actual King suite was roomy. However the cleaningness was very poor. As the bedside end tables had water rings from drink cups. The mirrors were smeared and streaky. The furniture was really worn and old. very disappointed and won't reserve again

I arrived at the property and my reservation was sold. I had no where to go and I was told it was a wedding and everyone who had reservations had been canceled. I still haven’t received my money back smh
