Great staff! Great room!

My toilet and tub were not clean there were rust rings on the floor from the trash can loose faucets. Ripped holes in the couch and missing baseboards. Two day stay no housekeeping the bed was not made trash on the floor carpet not vacuumed toilet still dirty from the previous day. Blankets provided for the pull out bed or not clean they were balled up and stuffed back in the plastic bag in the closet.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than expected. Most of the staff were professional and friendly, although this was not a universal experience. Absolutely would stay here again.

Breakfast, room size, pool, and it was nice having the restaurant in the hotel Nothing bad about the property or facilities. Only negative was that parents for the hockey event were too drunk or just apathetic in regards to parenting their children. The children were running amuck, riding elevators up and down while guests are trying to check-out/ leave the hotel.

Room was big, no overcrowding. The bathroom was half cleaned with hair in the tub. Tub was badly stained so it looked dirty. Kids were playing in the hall, very loud

Amazing hotel beautiful no complaints

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed the glass elevators, pool, breakfast and playing board games with our kids!

This hotel is in need of some upgrades. The bathroom was very dark with dim lights in the side of the mirror and no overhead lighting. The ceiling above the sink was water dammed with paint peeling off. The room was not as clean as the rooms usually are even though the bathroom was just mopped with a heavy bleach smell. The room was a handicap room with a living room, so it was nice and spacious. But again, the carpeting, curtains, light fixtures are in need of upgrades. Not sure I would return to this hotel or not.

The desk staff were rude, they sent up dirty linen to my room.
