We did not notice the mold until the next morning when taking showers.

I was able to check in early which was very helpful. All requests for extra towels and pillows were granted timely. Rooms were pretty clean. Great option for traveling families. Breakfast was great. Breakfast gets busy on the weekends but weekdays were nice.

We found out later that night the TV kept losing signal. No idea why, but that wasn't that big of deal to us. They have a complementary breakfast which as included with the room. Most free breakfast buffet we have had in hotels were basically some toast, fruit and cereal...this buffet breakfast was INCREDIBLE!! Scrambled eggs, potatoes, French toast and syrup, cereal, milk, toast, fruit,, assortment of drinks cold and hot, bacon AND a made to order station for omelets that you could get with just about anything in them, I was happy with just ham and cheese. So, they did address and remedy our room issue rather quickly, and hosted the BEST breakfast buffet we have ever had...that said...if we ever back in Cleveland, we will definitely stay here!! Encourage you to give it a try if you are gonna be in Cleveland for awhile!!

Cons: room smelled - carpeting had been urinated on - and it wasn’t fixed when we notified the hotel. Gym door was broken.

I am beyond livid for the treatment I received in this hotel. We came here for some business and stayed over two weeks plus, we kept extending our stay because we didn’t want to move to another hotel because we came with our kids. First, their cleanliness is not standard cleaning . Our rooms was probably cleaned only twice throughout our stay. Twice, we mentioned we wanted our rooms cleaned, we went out and came back, nothing was cleaned or done! At a point I had to insist on changing our rooms because they simply didn’t come to clean as promised. Our last night before check out, we had to extend our stay again by two nights , the staff at the reception gave us $245 for both night, I asked her if she could honor the previous rates we have been staying for $216, she said I had to speak to her AGM next day. Next day I met the AGM, he said I should meet with their GM! I came back to meet with their GM,she said we had to pay $398!!!…she said because their rates keep changing but I have been here for over 2 weeks and I was initially told to pay $245! If you want to stay at this hotel, try and book all your stay at once because if you try to extend, they keep tossing you around and charge you their highest fee , and then when I tried to insist on getting the initial $242 , she said I could just simply checkout if I don’t want to stay!!!!

Also, I booked a king suite and upon arrival found out that they had overbooked and there were none available. I was charged for a king and then I was told there was no price difference, but I know the king suite was more.

Great room and great breakfast. Has a quick breakfast bar as well as Chefs to make omelets. Cereal and fruit and a variety of breakfast drinks. The only thing I would recommend was to try to go early to the breakfast as most of the mornings we were there it was busier during the last hour. The staff was friendly and took good care of us, and there some good restaurants that were close by that we enjoyed.

I asked the front desk for a pack and play for my toddler for two days but never received it after repeatedly being told it will be sent to my room

Very clean & loved the reception drinks & breakfast.

Arrived late to check in. After unpacking it was discovered that the air conditioning didn’t work in the room.

Never stay there again. Rooms were run down and dated, Entry door showed signs of trying to be pried open damaging the door. AC was terrible and finally it quit totally and they had to move us to another room. Very noisy, bunches of kids, the room next sounded like romper room with wild children creating loud noise into the wee hours of the night. I had to call for security twice to quiet them down enough to get some sleep. The only good thing was the breakfast buffet. We were there because of a family death and funeral , so we were not as accepting of poor service and things as we might have been normally! Definately going somewhere else next time!

It was all very nice
-
A.C. couldn't cool room down..... everything else was great.

Reservation said it slept six, but it meant to say six very small children, not preteen-adults. It had two double beds, not queens, and a small sized sofa pull out. The staff stated that was just the type of beds they had. Water was hot at times. At other times it was cold. And the overall condition was tired and could use a facelift.

No complaints except having to buy water.
