Comfort Suites Southport

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice size room, good breakfast, pleasant staff, ample parking, clean newer bathroom. No complaints. Would stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and consistently refilled with fresh items. The room itself definitely needs a deep clean and updates. The mattress was stained. The couch was stained. The curtains were stained. When we arrived, the toilet had not been cleaned, and part of someone's poop was still in the bowl. The toilet seat had a crack in it. While there, we tried to heat food in the microwave, and it kept dying during the heating cycle. Would recommend staying somewhere that costs a little more if you can.

Good hotel

The room was clean and spacious, with good parking availability.

It is worn and abit dingy. Breakfast was ok. No plant based milk or items except fir oatmeal. Pool is nice and quiet

The room was not taken by the garbage bag for two nights.

1. The sleeper sofa was worn out and was still made with fluid stained sheets. 2. We did not have enough pillows or towels for a room that sleeps 5 3. Room was rough and needed renovation 4. Staff was mixed from helpful to apathetic

Desk and breakfast area people friendly. Room had lots of stains on furniture, carpet and mattresses. Opened up pull out couch, no sheets. None in closet. Had to go down to get them at 10pm after driving all day. Low water pressure, bathroom missing pieces of wallpaper. Towels and sheets were clean and pretty soft. Sausage gravy had weird taste at breakfast. I was expecting more for the amount of money I had to pay.

Good use some upgrades.

The room was clean (older hotel). Breakfast was hot and good. Parking was fine. Staff were good.

Looked unclean. Treadmills did not work. Breakfast was subpar. Room cost over $200/night. Very poor experience.

The staff and the breakfast were the highlight of our stay. The hotel is in need of a serious update. Our room had a shower curtain rod that was coming out of the wall. The elevator was old and so slow. The paint was chipped and old. The bed was comfortable but our comforter was torn and the stuffing was coming out. I would not stay at this hotel again.
