Under construction, room smelled, A/C was noisey
-
The free breakfast was great! They are renovating the property but there were no major disruptions because of it. The room itself was very nice and they provided full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The front desk lady was super nice!

Passable

If you are under construction than that should be posted prior to booking. This is an old property as it is then you add the smell of paint and epoxy, it makes for a less than stellar experience. Breakfast option was gross and not at the level of a Hampton.

Location was great. We found lotscto do in the area and the kids enjoyed the pool. Nothing stands out

Everything was good except the facility was under construction! We was able to overlook the mess but the noise was irritating. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

absolutely nothing it was a little close to where I was visiting that was the only good thing about it everything else was garbage trash construction noisy not comfortable who not good for people who can't eat hot stuff it was just a horrible experience all the way around To start off with there was construction going on inside the hotel we did not know about the hotel is changing over from Hilton to spark so it is not under Hilton's rules anymore obviously there was construction going on on the floor on the other side where the elevators are from us the room next door to us was being tapped on in walls being scraped loud noises beginning at 9:00 in the morning Mexican music being played people banging things against the wall the ice machine was not available to be used to have to go downstairs because all construction material was in the ice machine room there was nowhere to put your clothes in the room there were no closets no hangers no drawers no nothing just a ironing board and there was no iron and there was no blow dryer for your hair there was no amenities in there that usually you find in Hilton Hilton is usually extremely nice this is not a Hilton I repeat this is not a Hilton it is a spark it is changing over from Hilton it is no longer Hilton and it is garbage now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast was made for only people who can eat hot and spicy foods pepper and peppers and eggs omelette and on potatoes there were other things to eat but it would have been nice to eat just plain eggs also staff was extremely rude checking out when I told her the problems did not try to fix anything and didn't even seem concerned that there were issues... I give this hotel a double zero stars out of no stars they should not get anything they should not even be in business he is the most horrible place I have ever stayed in my whole entire life!!

Arrived around 5-6 and was given a room at the end of a carpeted hallway, and if you're in a wheelchair you'll understand. Not labled as a handy room, and it wasn't. Shower totally unusable by me. Sink not accessible to me. Went to the front desk and they only had one other available room, but it was the exact same other than it had a queen bed instead of our reserved king bed room. On top of all that, it was very dirty. The bathroom especially. The worst Hampton inn experience I've ever had, and one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Do not recommend.

There are in the middle of construction and had a low quality breakfast. The pillows are oddly small. Not dirty or anything terrible, but you can get more for the same price elsewhere.

The hotel was in need of refreshing but everything clean and nice in our room. Staff were nice especially at check-in. While we were there it looked as if some major work was about to happen. So maybe in a few months this place will be top notch!
-
The front desk person was nice enough but didn't take the time to tell me when breakfast was, etc. The included breakfast was okay, a decent variety of foods. While I have appreciated the location and used to really like this property, I will have to think about whether I want to stay here again.

Very nice stay.

The room/bathroom wasn’t very clean. The staff was good and the breakfast was fine. The bathrooms are very small. The location is very good. Access to several restaurants and gas stations. Overall not bad.
