Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis South

Apparently the internet was down resulting I. Unable to watch TV majority of the day. Doors and walls could be better insulated to block out sound, I could hear every footstep people made when walking by, and when people showered you could hear the water. Otherwise, it was clean.

Just left the most filthy hotel ever, and this one was amazing!! From start to finish the model of hotel excellence!!

The room was very clean and super spacious. It had a comfortable king bed, a good-sized sofa bed, a fridge, and a microwave. Everything was excellent, and I have no complaints at all. Highly recommended!

We booked a stay for three people, arrived after midnight, and they put us in a single king bed room. When we went downstairs to ask to get a room with an additional bed, or a cot, they said they did not have any and they were sold out for the night. We ended up having to leave and they were supposed to refund us, but we still have not received that refund.

Someone charged $150 in snacks/drinks from “the pantry” to my room. Nobody checked to make sure it was the right room, just charged it. We weren’t even at the hotel the time those charges happened. How do they not at least check an ID when charging to someone’s room. Anyone can just say they are in a random room and get away with stealing the items.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Inside was nice and clean. Food was available to purchase and very helpful.

They don’t have breakfast buffet like it says on the reservation they just have like a small cafeteria with hot and cold drinks and sandwiches

When we booked the room it said that 5 people could fit but it only had 2 full beds. I think it was expensive but we couldn’t find any cheaper hotel in the area.

Super customer service, clean rooms, quiet evening

No breakfast included in overpriced room rate. The "Bistro bar" supposedly had breakfast and coffee for sale but after waiting 15 minutes, no staff person appeared to help us with that. The elevator was broken so we had to haul out luggage up 3 flights of stairs. No body lotion in the room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but not worth the hgih price

Elevator was out of order 3 of 4 days. Having climb stairs to the third floor multiple times a day with bad knees is not convenient

For the price of a room it would be nice to get a free cup of coffee in the morning! No coffee until 7 am then I paid 10.99 for two cups of coffee!

Everything was clean and staff was very nice
