The room was very musty and humid. There was discolored parts on the ceiling, the door was cracked like it has been kicked in. Paint was peeling and the shower curtain rail was barely hanging up so we were too nervous to use it. We were going to extend our stay but not after seeing the room.

Getting into the room was ok and seemed alright but further investigation, the room we were in had bugs and what appeared as black mold in the bathroom. We had bad storms on Sunday of our trip and the housing above the window frame leaked all into our room and the ceiling above the area always was crumbling into our room. Definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. Also, my parents stayed in the same hotel this weekend. When they got to their room, they noticed that there was trash still in the room from the previous guests and trash thrown under the dresser in the room. They reported this to the front desk to which they didn’t do anything about it for the rest of their stay.

Nothing Room was dirty, rude at check in, never any coffee and overall a very run down property. At the rate of $250 a night would rate this a 0!

Clean, free parking, decent breakfast variety. My room access card needed to be reset each day, and those of my roommates as well. The first two credit cards I offered to hold the room — cards I used throughout the weekend — they were unable to process. Proximity to a small pond meant a lot of mosquito bites. The soap was of the small motel variety.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was on the simpler side but good.
