The room was atrocious. It honestly smelled like a very large wet dog was in the room. The cabinets were filthy and it was just a terrible place. I’m sorry, I’ve stayed at some dicey places in the oilfield down on the Rio Grande, this place absolutely was the WORST! $125 a night!! Stay at the Days Inn down the street for about $50.

Friendly staff, decent price. Bathroom was pretty clean. Full sized fridge in the rim was good. Room didn't smell very good, stale smoke smell (even though it's non smoking). Sticky substances on the carpet. The mattress of the pull out couch was stained, dirty,disgusting.... not usable. The "kitchen" facilities were questionable, but they were there.

The carpet was torn, had blue paper visible on top. The tile part of the floor was sticky, I made sure not to walk on it without shoes.

Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either has dead batteries or just didn't work. The tub flooded because it was so clogged and there were several other things that made it feel like an uncomfortable place to be around including patrons who were smoking marijuana in and around the premises. I was thankful that the front desk people who helped me check in at night were available to let me in, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the room for 300 dollars, especially since I did not get what I paid for and it was not the best cleanliness. I didn't complain much because we only needed to stay a day but I expected much better for the price.

I am not from the indy area SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS A GOOD SET OF TOWN AND A BAD SET OF TOWN BUT I DO KNOW THAT I AM A SMOKER AND GOING OUT IN THE PARKING LOT. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE.HE IS A TOUGH CHILD.I WENT TO THE GAS STATION RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND THE PEOPLE IN THERE.AND THE EMPLOYEES JUST GAVE ME THE IMPRESSION I WASN'T IN SUCH A NICE AREA.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room messy (which never happened because I never unpacked my bag). I sat in the room for 2 hours working from my laptop until the weed smell became too strong to ignore. Over all- it was a horrible experience. I would encourage anyone looking for a decent place to stay- to save their money and find a good hotel elsewhere.

Charity at reception was exceptional even stayed late to make sure we got checked in and settled after a 12 hr drive. Location was good....wasn't too loud at night. The hotel had a bit of an old smell, it was pretty clean, bathroom and kitchen were cleaner than I would've thought based off the smell. Staff was super friendly and helpful, can't praise them enough but it did smell a bit weird.
