Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel

No cleaning of the rooms on July 04 Floors are very sticky Good breakfast Front desk needs more friendly training I would rate it 2 out of 5

We had a cookout outside with the grill and the staff was very helpful

We were in Indy for a baseball tournament and stayed 4 days. When we first arrived the rooms were nice and hotel was clean and nice, it was also extremely hot and humid so the complementary lemonade was a nice touch. I noticed the request for new towels and garbage pick up must be made by 9PM for the following day. Because the games were so hot and humid we were out of fresh towels on day 1. I put in my request twice both before 9PM and never received service the entire stay. By the end of our stay the halls and stairwells had trash piled in them as guests who weren't getting maid services in the room would just drop their trash in the halls or stairwell. By our last day there was quite a lot built up as none of it was being picked up. The breakfast was good but get there early it says until 9:30, but I was told that means everything was gone, cleaned and done at 9:30 so most items were actually over with just past 9. Also while we were there one of the 2 clothes dryers were non operational as well as one of the elevators. Also 2 nights a large group of kids were in the parking lot late at night blasting music peeling out, parading their low riders and when they came inside they were running all around the hotel hooting and hollering and when multiple members of our team called to complain they were told there was nothing they could do.

I checked in to take grand children swimming but the pool was shut down all 3 of my days, they did not apologize nor did they reimburse us the front desk employees were very rude don’t stay there

My only small issues were: -loud neighbors (on the second night, a few people were running down the hallway shouting; on the first night, the connected room next to ours had their TV on loudly) -difficulty with connecting to the TV (that being said, I didn't ask the front desk for help) -reception was a little awkward/unwelcoming

It could use a few updates, but our stay was good. Room was clean. Hallways clean. Friendly staff.

Very nice stay

There was a soaking wet spot about 3 feet in diameter at the foot of the bed. I wasn't aware of it until I got up to use the bathroom and I almost slipped and fell on the tile. It was wet all night and into the next morning at check out. I'm not sure what made it wet but staff should have noticed this when cleaning. The breakfast was basic at best. I've stayed at BW Plus a couple of times in the recent past in Chicago area and Utah. They seem to be in much better condition. This hotel is a NO GO for any future trips. It makes me question the entire Brand now.

We just stayed one night and it was very nice. Bed was comfortable and lots of parking available for large vehicles

The room was great and spacious. The breakfast was over the top and the service was extremely helpful

This one is definitely above par. It was just a bit off our more familiar route, but highly recommended for any traveller!

Breakfast was great and lots of parking. Only issue was pool was closed majority of our visit.

Hotel and room were very clean and looked newly updated. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. However, the pool was out of order during our stay which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. One of my sons forgot his toothbrush so I sent him to the front desk to ask for one since they have signs saying to ask if you forgot something because they can provide many common toiletries. Person at the front desk told him they didn’t have any. The convenience shop was also pretty bare and not replenished during our stay. The room walls are paper thin. You hear everything in the hall like it’s happening in the room. They even provide ear plugs so I’m assuming it’s a common complaint. Not a terrible experience, just not a great one either.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was awesome

It was very clean. Breakfast was nice. There was a traveling kids baseball team, which is fine but the they were very loud and were running up and down the halls. My brother from another room had to keep asking the kids to stop. Which they didnt. The ac wasnt great either....kept stopping. The bath tub was leaky. The pool was also closed..said for maintenance but we feel it was because of all the kids. So for 200 bucks a night I feel like it was too much!
