The front desk staff was very rude and bad attitude

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They gave me information about things in the area. Parking was great. The breakfast was excellent. My room was very clean and organized! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel and room. My bed was comfy. The breakfast was surprisingly good for the price of the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly.

The pool was green and there were cops outside tge entrances because there's a club in the other parking lot and the cops stated "people fight, shoot, and drive crazy at that club" The gas station across the street locks the doors and you can only get gas with your card at the pump.

I like the breakfast it was very good and the assistant was very nice! And I also liked that it was close to the event I was attending that day I didn't like the fact that I stood in line for 25 minutes waiting to get checked in, only for when my turn came for them to first say they couldn't find my reservation then to say I hadn't paid which I did! I paid 2 days in advance. They searched for at least 15 minutes before I decided to pay with another card. That didn't go well either BUT FINALLY I GET A KEY ! On the 4th floor only to step off the elevator to the smell of marijuana, I think I got high! I walked into the room only for them to call me and say that they found the original payment! After charging my other card! 2 times. Now I have to wait to receive $216 plus $50. I had never had that happen before in my life. They tried to blame it on booking.com that I have used for years and years. I didn't even get an apology until, I told them I was calling corporate!

The cleanliness of the room and hotel. We enjoyed the pool and outside patio with a fire in the fireplace! The room was pretty small and made it very awkward/tight to get into the closet next to the bed.

Exceptional

This review will only allow pictures, but I have numerous videos where you can hear the honking, car alarms, screaming, yelling, shouting, arguments, loud music from cars, eventually the sirens (I would imagine making arrests) all night until 3am, when the restaurant closed. It attracts a very shady, disrespectful, pathetic crowd that demontrated ZERO control - public intoxication, fighting, stopping the flow of traffic police had trouble containing!! I have videos to demonstrate the noise and was honestly fearful for the safety of the security guard! So.....regardless of the hotel amenities, breakfast, friendliness of staff ..... this location is unfortunately trash and appeared very unsafe!

Solid stay. Good bed, shower, and breakfast.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast. Free and ample parking. Nice stop for our trip!

Very friendly staff. Beds comfortable. Room clean. Doors slammed all night. Need to put signs up between rooms to please hold the door shut. Do not let them slam. Pool smelled very bad, like a dirt aquarium. Long lines for breakfast. Not enough food.

Air conditioner was extremely noisy when compressor kicked on or off.

Good breakfast. Nice coffee and juice bar available 24 hours. Easy location. Safe. Would stay again. Great value.
