Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel

Air conditioner was extremely noisy when compressor kicked on or off.

Good breakfast. Nice coffee and juice bar available 24 hours. Easy location. Safe. Would stay again. Great value.

Room was clean, updated, and roomier than expected. Breakfast was good, the 2 workers kept everything clean and stocked even though a teen volleyball team was there. The evening staff was nice and helpful.

Room was clean and well appointed. The front desk staff though, borderline rude.

Bed was very comfortable and clean. Loved the rubber ducky in the bathroom and earplugs.

Front desk agent was rude and disrespectful. I watched him treat everyone as if they were beneath him and it’s sad. He really needs to humble himself. Bestwestern used to be great, but idk who and why they’re hiring individuals that lack “hospitality” and common courtesy.

Good location, just off the highway. Clean rooms and close to shops. Breakfast was OK, pretty busy and the space was limited.

Great swimming pool. Also, the pool hours, 7am - 10pm, allowed me to take a swim in the evening and in the morning before checkout.

Nice parking areas.

When I showed up there were security guards and police everywhere. I was told it was because guests feel unsafe with the bar near there and drunks trying to come to the hotel. I wish I had knows prior since I was alone with 3 kids.

Everything was cleaned except the tub. Overall welcoming environment and good breakfast!

The staff was super-sweet and attentive. The room was terrific and clean, and the breakfast was great.

Second stay here. Very good. Nice room. Clean. Beds are very comfortable. Quiet. Air worked very good. Great breakfast in the morning included. Can’t beat this place for the money

Great location, clean overall, staff was very friendly.

The carpet was a little damp near the A/C and there was a little discoloration around the faucet. The front pickup/dropoff area needs a good pressure wash every once in a awhile. You will hear everything going on in the hallway, but I did not encounter noisy people during my 4-night stay. There was always a hot breakfast every morning, which I enjoyed. The coffee machine was my favorite of any hotel where I have stayed. I found the staff to be friendly. This property is not in the best area of town, but I was in town for business and it was close to my office. It will get the job done.
