Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis Northwest by IHG

We really enjoyed our room. It was amazing. My only complaint is that if you tried to turn the air conditioning up a degree or two, it automatically turned the heat on. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The room is clean, free parking, with available breakfast at morning, also very nice front desk. AC was really loud when it is on, you just need to get to sleep before it auto turned on...

Room was nice. Bed was very comfortable! Staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent

We only stayed one night our room was nice, quiet, and comfortable.

Room carpet stained dirty and smell. Front desk was not focused on customer servive

There were noticeable stains on the hallway carpet and the carpet in our room. The tub was gross with lots of nicks and just not clean. Disappointing for sure

The room was very clean and housekeeping came everyday not just the end of the stay

The breakfast was very good. Nice clean spacious room

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! It was a very easy check-in. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean; tub needed some replacements/updates. The tub spout wasn't really attached anymore to the wall. The room smelt wet and of mildew. Later we noticed around the entire bottom of the AC unit was very wet, possibly condensation, not real sure, but that would make sense why the room smelled the way it did. The carpet needed replaced, it was badly stained throughout as well. The pool was family friendly, floors could get very slick though, so you just had to be cautious, not big deal. Kids loved it! The breakfast was good. It was quiet and in a good location. I would stay again; hotel just needs some updates!

A

Nice room, friendly staff.

At breakfast, there was no one in sight managing the food or dining area. The pancake machine was broken (things happen) but the layout of the food meant you had to reach under a sneeze guard to lift a metal lid to get the hot food. This would cause the lid to slam on your hand. The apple juice was horribly sweet, clearly a misconcentrated blend from the machine. I rarely write reviews but I would never go to this hotel again.

Property was well maintained and clean. Housekeeping was helpful and nice. Continental breakfast was awesome and strong coffee!

It was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom needs some updating. Shower curtain does not cover all bathtub

The hotel needs updating. The finish on the tub was pealing. Overall, the hotel was clean based on its age.

Very good

Breakfast good. Clean rooms. Appreciate d cleanup on overnight stay. Check in person was not particularly friendly nor informative.

Very close to everything. Nothing everything was great.
