I believe Antonio was the man who was most helpful and he was very friendly.

The A/C was ice cold.. but the room smelled musty, bad. Room 210. Other than that. Everything was great. Front desk was very helpful. But that room.

It went well. Very Clean and nice staff.

Unfortunately, the gentleman that checked us in was not trained very well when the fire alarms went off he did not have a clue what to do so we followed the direction from the fire department when they showed up. When we arrived, the person checking us in gave us the pool hours and then once we settled into our room, we found out the pool was closed due to an issue from the day before and they offered us a pool at the hotel, Next Door not a very professional offer. I did contact Expedia and they did a great job helping us out, and I also did contact the general manager of the hotel. He did apologize for the lack of training of the person that was there checking us in and dealing with the fire alarms. His plan was to be sure this person is retrained as needed, which we appreciate on the Plus side since we decided to still spend the night there the breakfast was very good and Reina did a wonderful job taking care of the breakfast area the food was very good and also the whole kitchen area was spotless. Doesn’t get any better than that which helped make the issues of the day before a bit better thank you, Reina.

Nice place but too expensive

Everything was perfect!

Good location. Friendly staff. Our stay was right after valentines day and there were leftover rose petals on the floor in our room as well as a large wad of hair in the corner of the shower. So cleaning crew needs to step it up for sure.

Great place to stay for a night. Very friendly front desk staff. Spacious room and super comfortable bed. The breakfast had a plenty of choices, including a pancake machine, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, fruit.... A couple of inexpensive eateries are in the strip mall next door. And if you run, this is a great place. About a mile down a great trail to reach Eagle Creek Park, plus a great well-lit neighborhood half a mile away, if you're running before sunrise.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I requested a room change, and they were very ready to accommodate.
