Pool was full of some substance so we didn't use. The person who checked us in was not very nice and seemed annoyed.

Antonio took care of me in a major way and I appreciate everything he did. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious and the pool was amazing. Will come back for sure

Exceptional

Room was good but the bathroom was in need of an update and deep clean. Wish breakfast went a little longer.

However, there were several problems. A/C not working all 5 days at lobby where free breakfast was available. Only one fan provided by breakfast area meant the area=quite warm. Pool not open several days. Second day, the ice machine broke and not repaired as of our departure. There was only one ice machine for 4 story hotel. Only 2 baggage carts total.

We stay in a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses during the summer for our son's travel baseball and always go with a Holiday Inn Express because we can always count on it being clean, well maintained, personable staff and a decent free breakfast. This was by far the worst Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in. It is in desparate need of being renovated. It really felt like we were staying in a run down Comfort or Quality Inn. It was a major disappointment!

This is a great hotel whether your passing through or staying a while. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 3:30am and they were amazing sisne we walked through the door. Highly recommend! Clean rooms, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Can't beat it!

ANTS everywhere! In Room- Beds, chairs, bathroom, tables. Breakfast Service- dining area where food is being served, tables, even on the menu. GROSS! Ice machine - Not working! Coffee machine- Not working. Unbelievable! Everything!

I believe Antonio was the man who was most helpful and he was very friendly.

The A/C was ice cold.. but the room smelled musty, bad. Room 210. Other than that. Everything was great. Front desk was very helpful. But that room.

The air conditioning leak water on one side of the bed near the near the window the carpet was soaked, and I walked right on it. They came and put towels down, but we couldn’t get out of that side of the bed in a stink bug was crawling up the wall called the front desk and they came and got it cause I couldn’t reach it. Then when we got ready to go to bed, spider was crawling up the wall and after all of that, they gave me $25 off and that one night was on 39th wedding anniversary not the memory we will it. Location on the way to Chicago

There facility is good. Stayed there a couple times. Pool wasn't open which was the main reason for the stay. Pool wasn't open.

Only the breakfast and the staff work hard to be nice I stood in the hotel for 5 days and only got room services ones, I had to accumulate my dirty towel in a corner and then place it outside my room so they can see it ; and lobby was extremely hot when weather was like about 92 and staff was sweating with the heat, also bathroom floor were dirty and air conditioner in the room was not working properly
