My husband had difficulty getting us checked in. and the elevator was broken, so he was supposed to call down and they would send someone up with the elevator, no one would answer when he called.

We had 2 rooms for 2 nights, and none of them were cleaned in the days we’d been there

The bathroom needs a good deep clean. You could see the soap scum and dirty grout. The shower head was partially clogged from mineral deposits. Beds were fine. We were woken up by housekeeping before 9am trying to cleanvour room the day we checked out. It was quiet and we did feel safe during our visit. Front desk staff was great.

Only stayed a night on our drive to Nashville from Chicago. Dog friendly which was a huge plus for us. My husband checked us in and said the front desk staff was very friendly. Room was a good size for us and our dogs. Property was very clean overall.

Rooms were very comfortable They now charge $5.00 a night to parking in the motel parking lot. Where else would we park because we paid for the room but add price to park there.it was mentioned by staff that was so non guests or others couldn’t park there. We were given a parking tag for windshield. They could just give that tag and not charge us.Really your motel is out on main traffic. The staff did not mention when checking in about the extra fee for parking and $5.00 a night a little much. Probably get the word out about ask before you book.

Exceptional facility! My only dislike....they charge 5 bucks for parking!... seems ridiculous. Bed was super comfy and everything was so clean.
