Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North at Intech Park

It was beautiful and clean Nothing

Room perfect for 2 visitors to Butler University

Wife and I had a great 2 night stay. Hotel is modern and clean. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional.

Superb

The room, the breakfast, and the overall feel and experience Liked everything

Everything They put me at the end of the building long walk from elevators other that it was mice

Upon checkout the Front Desk charged my credit card again for the room that had been paid for in full a month prior through Expedia. Capital One alerted me to the erroneous charge while traveling home. I called Home2 Suites later the same day as checkout to challenge the charge, I was required to defend my prepayment by emailing them a copy of the Expedia receipt. I provided it...all same day as checkout. It took 3 more phone calls and 6 days for them to finally issue the credit to my card. This experience changed what could have been a very positive review. Customer Service was horrible. I was treated like I was the one trying to scam them when it was entirely their error. Unacceptable. I don't care how good of a stay it was otherwise. I won't be back.

Had a little mixup, with hotel charging me extra even after I paid full amount with Expedia. I am waiting for a refund and a call back from supervisor . Loved how they added my name to the screen

Staff was great. Rooms spacious. Good amenities. Probably the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on.

Exceptional

Quick checkin. We were just there to sleep and go, so did not use any amenities. But the breakfast looked good. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Great breakfast and super great room. Nothing

staff amenities in the room The room smelled like dog probably needed shampooing; Breakfast was ok but usually had to ask for item low on quantity. And the elevator is all the way on one end, and the back parking lot has no cut outs for the clothing carts

Very nice and clean !

It was a beautiful hotel. My husband had the breakfast and said everything was fantastic. Room was clean, spacious, and comfy. We loved being able to have our pups with us and they had an amazing outdoor area for them. 7Brew nearby was great for the teenage daughter. My husband says I am a hotel snob and this place made me very happy. My only dislike was the shampoo and body was and that is just a personal preference.

Girls trip and even the couch bed wasn’t that bad! Beds were firm but we liked that! Good trip and great breakfast!!! Better than most hotel hot breakfast.

Bad

The front desk clerk was rude initially. And there was a large group of people in one room (over 20) having a party and running in the halls well past midnight.

Exceptional

Very good
