Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North at Intech Park

Everyone was so helpful and the cleanliness was exceptional. Comfy beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, with breakfast not happening until after 7 each morning we were unable to partake of this perk. We had early game assignments up at Grand Park and therefore had to rely on groceries we broght with us and/or Starbucks, etc. I left a battery pack in the room and they were very helpful collecting it for us so I could get it on our way back out of town.

Absolutely amazing stay, everyone was so friendly. Our basketball team stayed in 6 rooms but were able to enjoy time together cooking out and swimming.

I loved everything about the hotel! The breakfast was delicious! The staff was so friendly and helpful. It’s an awesome hotel.

Property was clean. Location was good. People were very friendly and willing to help.

Big enough available. They told us to just sleep three to four deep In a bed for three nights. Not happening

I had a 2 bed queen reserved with a sofa. Was put in a king with sofa bed. By girls are tall and this didn’t work well. We made Sadie since it was a one night stay. Staff was great when we needed extra towels they were accommodating and we received them quickly

Pool area always needed towels-we had to ask for them each time we went swimming. Breakfast was lacking compared to other ones we have stayed at. The area was very dirty-some of which I blame on other families not assisting their own children with food; items ran out quickly and were not replaced, food was not cooked properly and was not warm.

We were delighted with our immaculately clean, spacious room! The lighting was excellent, which surprised and pleased us. (So many places we’ve stayed have been dim…) Every encounter with staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was very convenient to the places we were going while we were there. The pool was well maintained.

Cons: Small pool, located right by the highway so a little bit of noise, music coming through the vent faintly, stairs by the elevator led outside but not to first floor so we had to use the elevator all the time.

Electric car charger was great. Always a good breakfast with home2suites.

Giving out waters was a nice touch and very appreciated. No hot tube

Everything Being so close to the high way they you hear every single vehicle all night.

The mirrors and bathrooms where dirty. Makes me wonder about everything else. Pool was small super cold, breakfast that was hot in little glass box hard to get too

Housekeeping did not come as stated. I had to finally ask for towels to be brought to room. There is no walkway from parking lot to hotel entrance without walking through flower beds/grass area. Staff was great. Pillows and bedding were awful. The mattress was uncomfortable as well. My stay worked but I am not sure that I will stay again.
