Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Northwest

The mattress on the sofa pull out bed was well worn and needed to be replaced. Sleeping on the sofa top was far more comfortable. The queen bed was quite comfortable. Other than those things, the room was spacious with nice amenities, the morning buffet was provided without fail, the staff was most accommodating. Will reuse the facilities on the next visit.

The manager on duty, Jessica, was phenomenal. She made sure we knew where we were. She even got us a luggage cart and brought it to our vehicle for us. The lady that took care of the morning breakfast made sure we had all we needed. I would stay there again. Especially if you could promise the same personnel.

The carpet in the rooms need to be replaced.

There were also parking fees and a restaurant fee that were undisclosed till my last day. My bed had weird specs on it, and I’m fairly certain I saw a weird dark spot on the curtains.

Great overal

Stayed for softball tournament. All front desk staff was great but stand out was “Peaches” always super helpful and cheerful. Laundry room needs improvement along with breakfast which definitely needs other dietary options.

I was surprised by this hotel since it's a Marriott. I was surprised they didn't even have enough on-site parking for our car, although they let us park along the curb near the door. The room was super cramped and tiny, smelled musty, and the bed squeaked. The breakfast was a major disappointment. We were on a 19-day road trip, and this was our last stay. It was a sad way to end our trip.

Dirty all around especially the elevator. Dated. No usb c charger

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy.
