Intown Suites Extended Stay Indianapolis In - Traders Point

Room was pretty shabby but clean. Just very run down. Gentleman and the front desk was very pleasant, no problems with other guests. Internet was very spotty.

Expect to provide your own TP after the 1st roll etc. Oh and the WiFi sux.

The man in the office was horrible room didn’t have a microwave asked for one and he said 25 mins later 6 days later nothing then called woman in the office said they had them on order then 3 days later called after check out and asked a few things about the room cause I left 4 days early and he tried to say there was a new microwave in the room the rooms wasn’t the best side door was drilled shut with boards for a couple days never again will I stay or recommend this place

It was clean, but the TV never worked. No stations would come in if they did they would stay. There was something wrong with the connection wasn’t able to watch TV. The staff they were wonderful

The general Manager was very rude she lacks customer service techniques. I noticed a charge on my debit card for $60 so I went and asked about it as anyone would because I have already paid for my stay. So I was curious if hat the charge was for and she instantly became upset and told me that I can checkout at noon that day, I still had 2 days left of my reservation. I tried to get an understanding as to why I was being put out for asking about my money and she waved me off not even trying to hear me or give me an explanation. I left before noon and attempted to go stay at a different Intowne and was then told that she put me on a list of do not rent. I’m confused on what happened to make her put me on the list and get upset about me asking about my account being charged for $60.

The room looks nothing like the pictures. The AC didn’t work. The whole place smelled bad. And when I tried to cancel the reservation I was told I could t get a refund. I think I’d rather sleep in my vehicle than stay in this dump
