The location The room was run down and the hotel need upgrade and it smelled so bad In the hotel room

The general Manager was very rude she lacks customer service techniques. I noticed a charge on my debit card for $60 so I went and asked about it as anyone would because I have already paid for my stay. So I was curious if hat the charge was for and she instantly became upset and told me that I can checkout at noon that day, I still had 2 days left of my reservation. I tried to get an understanding as to why I was being put out for asking about my money and she waved me off not even trying to hear me or give me an explanation. I left before noon and attempted to go stay at a different Intowne and was then told that she put me on a list of do not rent. I’m confused on what happened to make her put me on the list and get upset about me asking about my account being charged for $60.

The room looks nothing like the pictures. The AC didn’t work. The whole place smelled bad. And when I tried to cancel the reservation I was told I could t get a refund. I think I’d rather sleep in my vehicle than stay in this dump

The room was superb. The staff at the time of check in told me that I was getting $50.00 off due to there was no towels and toilet paper and I had to provide my own. AND THERE REALLY WASN'T AND I REALLY DID!!! BUT NO WHERE IN ANY OF THE PAPER WORK DOES IT SHOW THAT!!!!! SO THEY REALLY DIDN'T TAKE IT OFF!!! NOT TO MENTION NONE OF THE DOCUMENTS SHOW THE SAME THING??? The trash was overflowing OUT SIDE THE DUMPSTER with an EMPTY DUMPSTER THAT I USED MYSELF!!! See above comments

Front desk person, location and price. Bedroom super outdated. Afraid to use the countertop stove. Bathroom was kind of clean. The tub looked like it was not previously clean because it was black. I tried cleaning it but it would not come out. People hanging out smoking and grounds were not kept clean. Trash area had mattress and trash out of the bin.

Stranger calling repeat late at night on room phone. Hotel security was called to check and disconnect room phone.
-
Homeless people drinking outside at 9 am. I didn’t know there was nothing in the kitchen. I had to buy paper plates, plasticeware, cups and only do microwave food. There was no sofa or chair as advertised.

The room was NASTY! They didn't even bother to vacuum the floor, wash the bath tub, nor clean the refrigerator to say the ABSOLUTE least!

It was close to a lot of things bus line. My bathroom could’ve been cleaned better it was blood all over the floor on the walls even in some on one of the beds it was nets everywhere.
-
A lot of people standing around the hotel and office people not there after 7 pm

Good service. No hassle. Only bad experience was the location of my room, my room was near entrance door and people come in out that door 24/7. Got no sleep. And tenants standing in hallway having full conversations. Walks are thin.

no elevators

Hotel provides bed sheets and bath towels. They only replace bed sheets, not bath towels. If you need clean bath towels, you have to clean them yourself. You can borrow hotel's vacuum cleaner. Front desk time is 11-7pm. Make sure front desk updates key card after you pay, otherwise you can't use key to get in the building or your room. Rooms near exits are loud.

nothing at all it was filthy- the manger was rude and like a drill Sargent and the keys we had kept closing us out of our rooms
