Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

Good place to lay your head for a decent price. Breakfast was ok, there were biscuits and gravy there that my daughter liked.

Everything was fine.

Any issue I had was resolved prompt by Mina, the night supervisor.

I had to get dress and leave the hotel to work. The WiFi in the hotel was horrible, could not log onto their internet. Television was also horrible unable to watch NETFLIX even though it was on the remote. If you need to use your computer for work, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Staff was good. Room was horrible smelled like cirgerette smoke air unit was so loud made it hard to sleep. They had loud construction going on early in the morning.

The breakfast could be better, was too simple. Was good but need variety.

Everything is great at this hotel staff was very friendly, parking was easy and room was one of the best I have stayed in.

The hotel needed a little update. It needed more electrical outlets. Place to charge the computer the phones plug in a fan. Otherwise it was very clean and the bed was very nice.

The room was just ok. It’’s old and needs lots of upgrades. The carpet is kinda groce. They were old and dirty and stunk. They totally need replaced. The breakfast was biscuit and boxed/packaged gravy everyday. I personally will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. There is a little bit of wear on the rooms that is evident. Drawers in the dressers, for instance, had weird stains in them. The rest of the room was fairly clean, with the exception of the cushion at the window seat. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we would consider staying here again.

Kind of a dumpy place. Saw few small cockroaches in the room. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff at reception was unprofessional and very unfriendly. Booked a king bed room with sofa bed for many reasons, but when we went to our assigned room, it was 2 queens, no sofa. Went back to reception and she said "Expedia changed your room" which turned out to be a fabrication when confronted by an Expedia agent; receptionist changed it to "we gave them an available room rather than turn them out". She said there was nothing she could do other than talk to her manager. I requested a call from her manager after they spoke and never received a call. Sadly, there was no apology, or we made a mistake, or is there something we can do to make your stay more pleasant. But receptionist did offer to cancel our reservation and stay at another hotel. What? This was booked weeks in advance and pre-paid thru Expedia.
