Run down but you get what you pay for. A lot of active all night load and you could smell people were thing they were not sapost to be doing

Staff was friendly. Parking was adequate. We were there for the Indy 500, so -- of course -- we paid an outrageous price for the room. Although a coffeemaker was advertised, it was not provided. TV was tricky to turn on and off. There were no lamps -- just harsh overhead lighting. Best thing: plenty of hot water in the shower and good water pressure.

Main door glass was busted, the place is completely ran down, including the rooms. The halls and stairwells smell like pet urine. We went next-door to the Sam’s Club ended up buying new bedding, Lysol and cleaning supplies for the room. The rooms are completely awful.

Hotel was in very poor condition and most disturbing was three bugs were found on pillow on bed. I proceeded to front desk to report and request refund. Front desk attendant refused and said I needed to speak with the manager who was not present. I had the front desk attendant come to my room and he also observed the bugs but still refused to process a refund. Other observations include a wet area near adjoining door to next room. In the bathroom, the shower head was just hanging from the wall. I would highly discourage anyone from staying at this property. I will be following up with the manager and Hotels.com to resolve the refund issue.

On the plus side, the parking lot is paved. STAY AWAY!

This has to be the worst facility I ever saw, it was dirty, smelled of smoke, very bad staff and was very unsafe and not maintained by any means. This place should be shut down.

The second we got there the glass on the main entry door was shattered. The room had a horrible smell. We were there for a concert so EVERYTHING else was sold out. The toilet seat wasn’t even attached so it pinched us every time we used it. The drawer on the end table fell off when we tried to open it. Didn’t enjoy our stay at all

Only one parking space left due to being next to Holiday Inn. I requested a room on the first floor due to my husband’s heart condition but was given a room on the third floor. Room was fair. No lamp on table between the two beds. Amenities of soap and shampoo were poor quality. No hair dryer. Shower took a long time to warm up. Would not stay there again.

Room was clean hotel was average

Everything was clean. Staff was great! It just seemed all the doors to the outside had broken glass and the elevator was very sketchy. Other than that, everything was good though. Would stay again.

It was a good stay. Was in town to see Morgan wallen and sleep was the only thing I needed otherwise lol
