Bugs in the room. In crawled over me during the night

Bathroom was not clean, sink, tub drains were clogged. Toilet water ran all night.

None rooms wasn't clean still they wouldn't let me check in because they rooms wasn't clean by time i was supposed check in then he try to say I couldn't book if I was from the state of Indiana! The management bad consumer service false rating ect

The room was great

there was nothing to like. staff was unhelpful, room was very unclean room was very unclean, used soap in the shower and strands of hair in the bed. every soft surface had some type of stain on it. ceiling was covered in dust. vent fan in the bathroom didn't work, you could see the plug sitting on top of it.

Breakfast was ok. Powdered scrambled eggs were ok if you covered them with gravy.

seemed to have slight sour taste.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

The price was nice and having a couch that pull out for a bed Lack of cleaning, repairs needed, very limited on bathroom towels and wash cloths, one trash can and non in bathroom. Breakfast was very disappointing ran out of biscuits very small amount of gravy. No milk for cereal and lack of cream cheese for bagels. When ask the attendant he was very rude when asking about some food which was ran out of.

NOTHING EVERYTHING. They gave me a room with blood and piss stains on the sheets, covers and mattress. Would not give me a refund. Got aggressive with us when we tried to get a refund. Had to leave the hotel and stay somewhere else because the guy working the desk said there’s nothing he can do for us. They Tried to run my card the next morning TWICE because they thought we “stole” their sheets. WHY WOULD WE TAKE DIRTY SHEETS THAT WE JUST COMPLAINED ABOUT BEING DIRTY. I have pictures of how nasty the beds were. I am calling the health department!!!!

The breakfast was decent. The staff member was helpful. I ordered food, but they didn't provide me with silverware. I called down and was told they had some. When I came down, he was offering other things if I needed them. The only disappointing thing was that there were no washcloths in the bathroom. The lighting in the room was dim. I need bright light. The room was a lot nicer than I expected. The housekeeping needs to keep the remote for the TV in the same area. I had to search the room for the living area remote. They also had both trash cans in the bathroom instead of putting the one back in the living area.
