Wingate by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport-Rockville Rd.

Exceptional

Only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable

Quiet WiFi service wasn’t that good

Pillows. But thats why i bring mine from home.

This was one of the best stays I have ever had at a hotel. The front staff was amazing. The shuttle service was top notch. I will definitely be staying there again.

Liked the area close to downtown. The cleaning needs work. Floors were dirty, trash in hallway, room was dusty, shower needs scrubbing. Was there only 1 night but I won't pick this location again.

I will start out by saying I had some issues with my room. A hole in the couch the first night and the curtain fell the second night. Both nights the staff was MORE THAN accommodating offering to upgrade my room. We were already comfy and settled in so I declined. The front desk staff and evening manager are probably the nicest hotel staff I HAVE EVER dealt with. I really did enjoy my stay over all!

they were a little behind on filling everything up everything looked good

The hotel should be renovated not long ago, but many small things like the toilet paper holder needed to be fixed. I can see management has tried hard to maintain their service standard but they may be short of labour.

Very friendly staff

Friendly staff and eager to help

The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful, the shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and the location was excellent. The place seems a little run down but very well maintained.

I liked the staff, and the beds were comfortable, my complaints is that the rooms were not noise proof, don’t plan on sleeping in because of all the noise upstairs, hallway and even outside 😬. The rooms did not have dark curtains, so light from the windows comes through and you can see the outside from your bed from the side of the shades 😂. If they got actual curtains instead of the pulling shades, it would greatly help even with the noise, MAYBE. It didn’t bother too much since it was a 1 night stay, just things I noted for people planning to stay a bit longer.

Very good

Exceptional

Thank you.

Clean and friendly staff The side of the property our room was on was facing a very bright gas station that’s next to the property and even with the dark shade the light would leak in.

Got accused of stealing a blow-dryer bag, and didn't, treated like crap Nothing about hotel

I totally recommend

Very good
