Spark by Hilton Indianapolis Northeast Fishers

Loved the breakfast and the side of the room

My cousins and I visitors this property because we were attending a concert at Ruoff music center. I requested an early check in so that we would have time to get ready before the concert. The hotel staff accommodated that amazingly! Once we checked in I received a text stating they would gladly help with anything possible if we needed and introduced themselves and said they were only one text away. We had plenty of time to rest and get ready before heading out to the concert. While we were at the concert we were planning on our night once we got back to our hotel room. While at the concert we decided we wanted to end our night in bed with hot chocolate. I texted the number from earlier asking if they had hot chocolate in the rooms with the coffee bars or in the convenience store near the front desk they responded quickly with we will have some hot chocolate at the front desk within the hour for you to pick up! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my cousins and I had Ana amazing stay. If you’re ever looking for a hotel in the area I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We loved absolutely everything.

No other choice so i stayed here.

The breakfast was lacking. They should specify it's a continental breakfast.

Overall, it was a pretty good stay. We kind of missed the swimming pool. Outside of that everything was perfect.

Perfect for what we needed it for- somewhere to sleep close to ruoff

Perfect for an overnight stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Super clean provided good quality shampoo conditioner and body wash. Extra towels and rags were no issue. Room was clean! Elevator was a little sketch lol

Breakfast wasnt great the eggs were old.

Good

Spark was an overall great stay for us. My husband is very sensitive to smells (perfume, cleaners, etc) and when we arrived at our room the smell of cleaner was very strong. We went down to inquire about switching to a different room (maybe that one the cleaner got spilt?) and the desk attendant (I wish I had gotten her name) was amazing. Got us another room immediately and when we got up to the second room it was perfect. We have had similar instances at other companies that have not been a pleasant experience. So 10k stars Spark on customer service. We appreciate you and will definitely stay again!!

Very clean rooms and super helpful staff! A++++

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Areas like Elevator gave off Ick, not really cleaned with as many guests that come thru.

The wife loved it!

Great service and room employees were great and take care us well and were very attentive

Staff very nice. Room was very clean.

Quiet property

Was in town for some concerts at Fishers Event Center. Location was awesome,5 minute drive to the venue. Front desk was excellent. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was extremely basic. They really should put a clean ice bucket in every room. There’s just a stack by the first floor ice machine. After pulling one it had hair in it, the next one had mold. Dirty water in another. They were all dirty.

Exceptional

Good location with shops and food options nearby; friendly staff; spacious room. Breakfast options were limited but it was still nice to have something in the morning. The biggest disappointment was the value. The hotel was too expensive for the quality and amenities provided. At this price point, we expected better. Also, our bathroom door and the room floor were sticky - they looked clean, so I think they just didn't delute their cleaning solution. It was just odd.
