Shower floor needed repair which turned off my wife.

The staff was great

Roomwas spacious Wifi was useless

Asked to be put in a room by a door for easier access for mobility reasons. Front desk clerk food do that, but then there were issues with the door.

3RD time staying there this year and we got a handicap room this time. Not mad about it but hope a handi cap person didn't need. Wife always checks the beds before getting in and found our comforter had something on it that looked like blood or poo and immediately took it off and went to see if we could get another. Said they couldnt but here's a blanket. No one came to clean our room that we know of the whole time we were there. and we stayed WED-SUNDAY. Had to ask for towels a couple times. The shower had hair all over it still also. The rooms are comfortable we slept ok just needed a little more upkeep during the stay.

Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water and the sausage at breakfast had no flavor.

Exceptional

The only problem- and it's a big one is the toilet seat was too low for us, toilet paper roll too far away. The shower floor was a little slippery. We are old with knee problems. We will stay here again, but we will purchase adaptive equipment for ourselves. Highly suggest taller toilets and less slippery shower floors.

Overall good. They need to fix the bathroom door...does not close at all. Wood expanded significantly. Otherwise, it was fine. Stand very kind.

The free breakfast was beyond my expectations. This is worth coming back too

It was a nice room. There was a bit of an odor which smelled like something was damp. It had been raining so that could of cause something to have been wet prior to my arrival.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!!

Breakfast was low-quality & unappealing. Thermostat displayed “Low Battery” condition; slow/false readings from HVAC unit. Telephone was detached from wall.

The pool was absolutely disgusting, didn’t let the kids swim. The room was decent though

I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and this by far is my favorite. The staff are all friendly and respectful, the housekeepers are kind, the breakfast is always fresh and replenished during the duration of our stay, and to top it off the pool is always clean and clear. This may be my favorite hotel EVER! The hospitality and customer service are always unmatched. This is my second time staying here and let’s just say I will definitely be back. Thanks again for treating your customers the way they should be treated. I have zero complaints.
