Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water and the sausage at breakfast had no flavor.

The only problem- and it's a big one is the toilet seat was too low for us, toilet paper roll too far away. The shower floor was a little slippery. We are old with knee problems. We will stay here again, but we will purchase adaptive equipment for ourselves. Highly suggest taller toilets and less slippery shower floors.

Overall good. They need to fix the bathroom door...does not close at all. Wood expanded significantly. Otherwise, it was fine. Stand very kind.

The free breakfast was beyond my expectations. This is worth coming back too

It was a nice room. There was a bit of an odor which smelled like something was damp. It had been raining so that could of cause something to have been wet prior to my arrival.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!!

Breakfast was low-quality & unappealing. Thermostat displayed “Low Battery” condition; slow/false readings from HVAC unit. Telephone was detached from wall.

The pool was absolutely disgusting, didn’t let the kids swim. The room was decent though

I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and this by far is my favorite. The staff are all friendly and respectful, the housekeepers are kind, the breakfast is always fresh and replenished during the duration of our stay, and to top it off the pool is always clean and clear. This may be my favorite hotel EVER! The hospitality and customer service are always unmatched. This is my second time staying here and let’s just say I will definitely be back. Thanks again for treating your customers the way they should be treated. I have zero complaints.

Clean room, quick check in

The hotel needs updating. The pool area is really small and the water was freezing. We had 4 rooms total and 2 of the tvs didn't work and the air conditioners were so loud it was hard to sleep. Showers all had very little pressure. The location is convenient so that is a plus.

We really enjoyed breakfast. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Air conditioning in room did not seem to work properly, but we realized this late at night and had two young children with us, so we did not ask to move rooms. The room also had a mildew smell when we got into the room the first time. This smell went away after running the AC for a while, but the temperature in the room did not go down to its set temperature. Overall, the room was clean and staff were helpful when we needed something.

Small pool not a big breakfast selection

All fine - clean with standard amenities. Breakfast a plus. Would have enjoyed receiving a bottle of water when I check in or in my room - used to be standard item now not doing. Also would love some hand lotion in room but this place is just basic amenities which is fine.

There for a baseball tourney. They gave me a handicap room and said that was all they had. Didn’t seem too excited I was there..

The room layout was wonderful, offering a living room/desk/kitchenette separate from beds. The elevators worked well and we're in a very convenient location to breakfast and allowed going to the pool in privacy. There was a patio off of the pool patrons enjoyed. Rooms were quiet, location is off of main road.

Overall, my stay was very good… as advertised. I appreciated the daily breakfast and use of the pool.
