pool was a little dirty, jacuzzi chemical smell was strong, light in jacuzzi didn’t work. Stayed for 2nights and woke up with bites all over my back, tried to contact hotel and haven’t heard back

Facility was clean and updated. Staff was super! Really enjoyed stay. Only negative was air conditioner in room 521 disturbed our sleep with loud grinding noise, had to shut it off completely.

Can not say enough good things about my stay. Excellent customer service, fantastic restaurants, great fitness center, and convenient location to freeway access and all desert cities. I will be back!
