The pool area Was our first time there and had a few bad experiences starting with the check in. Not sure if we would ever return there.

Grounds were beautifully maintained Staff was respectful and courteous The Barb B que stations were well maintained The onsite store carried a variety of items needed Driving from Seattle and told this is the only room available which was designed for a wheelchairs users and everything was low. Coffee pot had to be moved each time I needed to open cabinets to access dishes. Unit needs to be updated

Nice Serene

Comfortable beds. Full kitchen.

It felt like home as soon as I entered. We had enough towels and the beds were comfortable. They thought of everything from spices in the kitchen to beach towels. Some of the golfers were rude to my teenage daughter but it wasn't the hotels fault.

Everything was great. Our stay was very pleasant. It was my son's BD and he and his friends had a great time. The floors in the room could have been cleaned better.

We had a fantastic room. First floor near the bbq and the pool with a grass area for the kids to play in. Great location on the property. I don't know if there was anything I didn't like other than the price of milk in the store. But I understand the expense to convince ratio. I just needed milk for the baby and didn't have time to drive to the store.

Although a staff member came by to check, the smell remained throughout our stay. When I requested additional towels, I was told I could only receive them through an even exchange. We had five guests in the room, but there were only four towels provided. The young lady who delivered the towels did leave an extra one, but she didn’t seem too happy about it. I had to insist a bit and explained to her that we’re a party of five—what are we supposed to do with just four towels. I also asked for more toilet paper and was only given one roll of toilet paper, which was not sufficient for the number of people in the room.

I tried to stay an extra night and the only way was if I booked 2 nights...2 night minimum I did not care for...I was already there !

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, pools, lazy river, wildlife, spacious rooms with kitchens. Liked everything

We have stayed here before and used the hot tubs. Disappointed with our ruined swimsuits and shorts.

The facility is very good and clean ! For non member like us we have to pay for the internet and was not disclosed during our booking time. Also very poor internet connection inside the unit 7103 . Check in time of 4pm and check out time of 10am . No flexibility to stay even for a hour .

Our room and the other facilities were clean and tidy. Dishes and fridge were clean. Staff were quite friendly. Pool and gym hours were great. Wristbands were very convenient so we didn’t have to carry the room card. The parking was easy and plentiful. One mile drive out of the property but restaurants and grocery store were pretty close by. Love the close proximity to the Salton Sea as well for a day trip! No wifi given to guests if we didn’t do the presentation and we didn’t want to so had very, very limited LTE from Verizon on the property. This affected us not just on our phones, but the ability to sign into the streaming services also took a long time and was very frustrating.

Relaxing I enjoyed my stay

The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and functional. The grounds were neatly kept, and had plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained. We have no complaints.
