I love the property, well maintained , staff very helpful, I just didn’t like the fact that in order to receive the room key bracelet (which is very convenient) you had to get it from the people trying to sell you time shares ,

Great stay with our family of 8. Rooms can be updated but they were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and love how walls were not thin. Staff were all joyful and very helpful. Parking was easy even as they are working on building solar panels. Pool was very very clean. Very little smell or hair in pool. Pool towels were a bit thin but with Indios weather that was perfect hahaha

Staff was very hospitable and polite.

I enjoyed the lazy river

I first discovered this hotel in 2016, and I have been visiting ever since. We used to come here every year, and over the years it has become a place filled with so many wonderful memories for us.We absolutely love spending time here. The atmosphere, the comfort, the beautiful surroundings, and the feeling of being welcomed make this place feel like a second home. My kids love it just as much as I do, and every visit feels special.After all these years, I can honestly say this hotel holds a very special place in our hearts. We will continue coming back and creating beautiful memories here. Highly recommended! ❤️
