We were having an issue with the fridge, I called front desk and it about 10 minutes they took care of it

There was a roach in my room which makes you wonder how much deep cleaning there really is going on here , yet the room is comfortable in all aspects: bed, shower, mini fridge area. For the price you overlook a roach, of course to a degree.

We are currently homeless and are receiving housing assistance homeless vouchers and I informed staff our situation due to request for seurity deposit. Unfortunately I was able to get the deposit so we could not stay.

The staff was friendly and professional. The food was good, many varieties to choose from, and plentiful. Location was easy to find, and there was ample parking. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious! We would recommend the Signature to others.
