Towneplace Suites Columbia Northwest/Harbison

Only complaint was the breakfast. I grade a 5 out of 10. They use styrofoam plates and bowls for hot food. That’s not allowed in the DC area unless it’s lined with foil or wax paper. It was eggs, a package of jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, that were over heated in the microwave., bacon, cold cereal, grits, apples, oranges, waffle mix that came out mushy and chewy, a few individually wrapped blueberry muffins . They ran out of food for breakfast on the weekend. We came to breakfast at 9:00 and there was only sausage patties, waffles mix, a couple slices of bread for toast and bagel, cold cereal, no milk, except for some questionable milk in a picture labeled skim but it looked like Silk soy milk with a brownish tint. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor pool. Our king bed was really cozy and comfy. HVAC was quiet. I would stay again but just won’t expect much from breakfast on the weekend. Good note is they have coffee and tea in the lobby. Great area near all the restaurants and shopping and the freeway.

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was nice the only thing is the signal went on the TV for whatever reason

The 2nd floor hallway had an odor. as did my room. The carpets need to be shampooed.Housekeeping never stopped by despite a 4 night stay. I went to the front desk on the 3rd day to get fresh towels and request housekeeping to come and at least empty the trash, but that didn't happen. Maybe there's a 5 night minimum stay for that. I dunno. The property is nice overall, the breakfast was good, the location is phenomenal in my opinion. My biggest issues were the funky smells and lack of housekeeping.

The room was very clean and so was the building overall. It was also very quiet. It was in a good location, easy to get to with the highway right there. I would stay there again.

Very nice area and location for shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful a very kinks like cleaning and room dishes were the only two things I experienced. I would definitely come back. Pool was very clean. Haley was great during my departure!

It was a clean room and well-kept hotel. Breakfast today was great and it was prompt before we needed to check out. Thank you!

The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. It kept my husband up all night. Also, there was not enough breakfast available in the morning. Everyone was waiting around for the breakfast items to be refilled, but it never happened. Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location with easy access to restaurants.

This was my second time staying at this property. Room was very nice with a spotlessly clean kitchen and the breakfast was fine. Will stay there again.

Room was clean, only complaint is the room is pretty small for it to sleep 4 the sofa bed and bed facing each other corners touching so the person who sleeps near the window has to crawl over the other person to get to the bathroom and whatnot. But staff was friendly.
