There was a false fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night and they failed to turn off the fire alarm light even hours after the actual alarm was off. It prevented us from having quality sleep or any sleep until the bright blinking light was off

Staff is super friendly. Room was just as described and clean. It was also a plus to get free breakfast every morning! Will be staying here again. Perfect (reasonable) location for any families that have students at USC!

The room was large, it was clean , bed was wonderful- kitchen was great and fully stocked. Our stay was very comfortable. It’s an older hotel that could use some upgrading and TLC for sure!! My husband said the breakfast was really great, set up well and a good variety. We would definitely stay again.

Clean room. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was so strong that we couldn’t drink it. Tried different combinations but it wasn’t good. I didn’t notify staff.

One thing did concern us was the lack of a non slip shower pad in the bath. I was very wary about showering due to slip hazard in the tub. Otherwise we were pleased with our 7 night stay and would stay here again.

Kids loved the pool and we loved the spacious rooms.

Ac was cold, the room was comfortable. The ice maker wasn't working, the phones were unplugged. Management contacted me on the room phone that I fixed and told me they would send someone from maintenance to address the issues. They never showed. It seems as though they trian the staff members to tell the guests the same old story. Honestly, I think this hotel could a lot better with better management
